How many in an aft? We are a family of 5 can these cabins hold 5? If not can we get the aft balcony next to the wrap and remove barrior? As of now we're looking at a cruise sometime in fall of 2011.

We did just that and had 40 feet of continuous balcony...it was fabulous.

There are vending machines and vendors selling individual soft drink/water/gatorade and the like in all of the Miami terminals. Usual airport prices, so probably about $2 a bottle. Not a bad idea if you're going directly to the ship.
