I agree that there is no option when booking online. Holland Americas website was a nightmare. And it wasn’t any easier talking to agents on their 800 number. Example is they say your package includes an upgrade but HA never makes it clear what that upgrade is. HA is the perfect acronym! You’ve got to have a sense of humor!!
