    I called to add a person to our stateroom.  After an hour on the phone with customer service, they couldn't confirm a price for this.  I asked her if I could just book a new reservation and she could cancel the old.  She guaranteed there wouldn't be a penalty and put in the request for refund.  I put a deposit down on the new res.

    She didn't cancel.  I called back 3 days later to make sure the cancelation went through because I was getting emails on the old res.  I then paid in full for the old res.

    The new agent, after another hour, guaranteed I would be fully refunded in 7-10 business days.  A few days later, I got a refund of the deposit amount on the new res instead of the full amount on the old res.

    If you booked direct, you need to call RCL. If you booked through a TA, you need to call your TA.

    Depending on what the billing issue is, you may have to email RCL directly.

    I booked through RCL.   But they are not helpful.  They owe me a refund

  3. I've gotten 2 different answers from RCCL customer service.

    When looking at the 2 different deck plans on the RCCL site I'm confused as to which is current.

    Highlighted in Blue or Black?

    Wanting to know if cabins 13556 and 13558 are connecting or not on the ship for our cruise this August

Hi All!  Does anyone know if the price of admission into the water park is included with the purchase of a cabana?  The site says admission is included but doesn't specify for how many people.  I have 6 in my party.  The cabana says it accommodates 6, but do I have to pay extra for the park passes?

  5. Canceled cruise for family of 4.  We had 2 adjoining rooms.  Also paid for dinners and wifi.  We received  6 different  FCC certificate numbers.

    When I rebook, will I be able to use all 6?  And if we have 2 additional passengers with us (6 people in 2 cabins), will I be able to use that credit towards our 2 new people?

  6. Hi all! I'm Diamond, but have never done My Time Dining. Booked Allure in August and the only option was My Time. I'm old school and would prefer traditional seating. Anyway, I'm traveling with a group of 11 and read that we can only make reservations for 10 people. So, how do we sit together? How do I make reservations?

  7. Planning on burying my mom's ashes at sea from Allure in August. Received the letter from RCCL approving the burial. Need some direction on a type of urn/container that is accepted through TSA and biodegradable as the ship required. Ashes are in a basic box purchased from the funeral home. Unsure that the box is biodegradable. Thanks.
