Came back today from 7 days cruise on the Vista. No afternoon tea. I went to guest services to confirm and the first clerk said we sure have it and pulled the activities schedule to find it, then when she couldn't, she went back to her supervisor who confirmed that we do not have it any more.  CD blamed it on staff shortage.

Looks like Walgreens is back to allow scheduling test up to 1 week in advance. I can schedule today for 6/2.

Just an update, I called today and it was relatively painless. Because I booked before the change in policy (booked march 2018), they awarded me $80PP OBC for the drink vouchers. I was ready for a pro-longed battle and it only took 15 minutes. Kudos to MSC. 

Thanks to you and to "styles27", I was able to call today and get $80PP OBC. I have a Fantastica reservation on the Seaview in June 2019 and I booked in April 2018. I was put on hold to so that the agent check with her supervisor and then she came back and said the credit has been added to my booking.

I can see the OBC credit online under the price breakdown tab.

I switched my Central Park balcony to an ocean view balcony guarantee on Black Friday for my March 11, 2018 Oasis OTS cruise. It was assigned 3 days later on Cyber Monday. I called my TA and switched the cabin from Deck 6 to Deck 9, both D4.

 

5 days ago, with Green Monday sale and 2 days before final payment, the price was $350 cheaper. I called my TA again and my cruise was repriced but they had to put me in the guarantee pool again. Still waiting for assignment.

My cabin was assigned today for the second time, 10 days after it went into the guarantee pool. Was assigned a D4 balcony on Deck 7. Called my TA and was able to switch the cabin to the same D4 I had before on Deck 9 :D:D
