I stayed in a balcony both times, one in 2013 and in 2015 and had friends staying in the studios, could not get in with my card but they would wait for me and open the door, they just are too small for me! Met some nice people and always doing things around the ship~~restaurants, Ice Bar on the Breakaway, shows, etc.:)

I am going to have a superior solo cabin with a balcony on October 20th on the Anthem of the Seas, is that an obstructed view? Got a good deal with $200.00 on board credit and deck 6! Thanks!

Hi, I going on the Anthem for the first time in October! I took a solo cabin but with a balcony! Any one set up a meet and greet? This will my 8th cruise, one on RCL and six on NCL! Do you call it meet and mingle?:)

I cruised last October on the Breakaway to Bermuda (October 6th~~last one of the season to Bermuda) the weather was just beautiful in Bermuda~~really hot for that time of the year. I say the first sea day is warm and keeps on getting warmer as time goes on. I always have someone take me to the pier in NYC (simple), coming back from Bermuda on a Saturday we ran into a storm, my balcony had water all over it and the ship was a shaking, but I do not get sea sick, went to dinner that night and almost fell into a man's lap! The trip was lots of fun and the Breakaway is to die for! I have taken the Dawn before also to Bermuda in 2010!

called my travel agent this morning~~routine maintenance also! I am lucky I went in "2008" and went to Virgin Gorda and the Baths! Very beautiful~~sorry you will miss it! All I wanted to get my perfume from there. Will have to order it on-line!

Yes, I know I think about what needs to get done and work at the same time. but what I forget I can buy~~I am going alone and love, love it. I went on the message boards and made plans with others~~I will meet them on the ship. I am going October 27th on the Gem for 11 days~~heaven~~I even ordered Roses for my cabin and Bon Voyage decorations also. I have a balcony all to myself and $250.00 on-board credit! Think positive!

Just saw two AFT cabins not booked and right now would be around the same price I paid for my balcony cabin and more 0n-board credit~~so called my cruise company who I booked with and she called NCL and they said they are not seeing the cabins~~funny, how my travel agent and I are seeing them and not NCL? What is going on~~I know~~they are waiting last minute to book them instead of me who has a booked balcony cabin and $250.00 on-board credit! Always wanted to book an AFT! My cruise is October 27th for 11 days! So mad at NCL!

I love to cruise solo~~this will be my sixth on October 27th on the Gem for 11 days and five islands. I had taken my daughter once and she hated it~~so it was seven days of hell and taken two high school friends and that was hell also~~did not want to do anything and would not even eat my Birthday cake~~which was a "big" birthday! I am involved in the NCL message board, we are gong to have a "meet and greet" and a cabin crawl and when we get to San Juan, going with a group for a day at the beach at the Marriott there! I love my alone time and my people time. Just go with the flow and have a great cruise. I always take a balcony~~just love it with the doors open at night and coffee in the morning on the balcony. Have fun!

Just read in the Bermuda newspaper, a 63 year old woman from Ct, died at Horseshow Bay in Shallow River, I guess she had breathing difficulties and a wave came and pushed her. She was pronounced died at a Bermuda Hospital~~sad!
