Sailing Celebrity summit and would like to escape to Jost Van Dyke when in Tortola. Does anyone know if the ship excusion is a ferry or a catamaran? How long does it take to get from dock to where excursion leaves? Cruise excursion info very limited.

thank you ladies! And Lioness great idea on the rubber bands! Totally agree with using space for more important accessories which is why I asked! Merion Mom we usually go aft on Celebrity Summit at a premium price but couldn't pass up these afts even with the structure! I'm anticipating we will be happy with the balcony size but don't think these with compare with Summit aft.

We will be sailing on AOS E1 cabins 7688, 7388 and 7390. Anyone know if the hair dryers are decent hand held or not so good wall mounted and we should just bring our own?

We recently had to cancel a guest and still unsure if we are going to re-instate them later but were advised by our TA that if the ship has reached capacity we may not be able to even though we have room in our cabin(s). I find this confusing since I would think capacity would be the number of cabins x max capacity per cabin. If you have a TA I would work with them as they seem to be able to get through where passengers cannot. Good luck!

The balcony is partly covered. Plenty of room to enjoy sunshine or go under the canopy for privacy. This is below the rear bar and they tend to play quiet music, nothing like sailing while listening to soft steel pan music! We've done this cabin several times and will sail in same cabin 3 times in 2014. If you have any other questions let me know or contact me direct at reds9@comcast.net
