  1. I am loving the pics and your review! Just read part 6. Don't leave us hanging! I am awestruck with the 2 balconies.... those are amazing! One of these days we are going to splurge for a balcony. lol We do have one of the huge corner aft cabins with 2 windows on Triumph for next summer. The pics I have seen make the room look so big...can't wait! You are right.. If you come away from a cruise hungry...something is wrong with you HAHAHA!

I will try the tea next time, I just never thought about it before.

  2. Here are those photos of Cabin 2470 (The Glory) that I promised. I'm new at posting pics, so we'll see if it works!

I realize this is an old post, but can ANYONE tell me if 2452 (corner aft) on Triumph looks like this room??? The floor plan looks identical, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it is!!

  3. Just found this post.....We're thinking of renewing our vows (20th) on our cruise in a few weeks. We don't want the cake and all that, just the captain and a VERY short little ceremony. It is just hubby and myself. Do they do that, and does that cost? Or do you have to purchase the renewal package?? Thanks!

  4. Thanks Theron! We went back to the Parish health unit, vital statistics, and told them we needed one ASAP. He got a birth "card", official seal and everything, within 20 minutes! They then told us that the 2 month wait is for an actual birth certificate. We are going tomorrow to send off for our passports. We leave in 40 days.....they assured me that we would have them back well before then.

  5. Hubby and I just booked our first cruise that leaves in 6 weeks. We cannot find his original BC to obtain passports. Since we live in Louisiana, and Hurricane Katrina pretty much destroyed our vital statistics dept. in New Orleans, there is a 2 month wait time for copies, then another 4 weeks or so for passport time. We only have 6 weeks! I can get a copy of his BC on the internet for about $45 through an expedited vital statistics site. The man at Carnival told me that all we needed is a BC and driver's license. I know that is not the smart thing to do, in case we have to come home early, but what else can we do???
