They need to stop selling cruises that won’t go and be honest and cancel European cruises.  Very few people will want to cruise this year if they want us to come back they need to start treating us well .  We have to decide on Monday whether to lose our deposit or pay up thousands for a cruise which just won’t happen 

The shower is tiny the only difference is that there is a door, unfortunately no bath tub ( could be in the suites ) the bathroom is not great but we have decided it is not a deal breaker and booked 2 more cruises on the smaller boats 

Hi just got off the boat, as it was our first time on the boat so can’t compare and contrast.  The boat has been completely refurbished internally new carpets furniture paintings etc.  Loves really light and fresh. Cabins are especially light and airy.  The bathroom remains very small but there is a glass door to the shower. The storage space in the room is more than adequate.  We booked a cruise on nautica while on board but have delayed it a year so we can enjoy their refurb. 

I have had the same problem with the loyalty programme but get numerous mailshots and e mails.  I rang Oceania uk and a lovely lady could see that we had two previous cruises and one coming up, she said we had two different numbers which was why nothing was showing up and sorted it.  So might be worth ringing them, I had had no joy by e mailing them. 

I love my jeans but would not dream of wearing denim on an evening . Oceania so smart casual dress code does not go to denim in a restaurant wonderful food deserves better .

Is your TA booking direct with the airline & floating you until final payment?

I have never heard of not paying upfront for airfare when booking direct

Are you saying your TA booked through Oceania & you paid the deviation fee??

My TA booked direct with the air line so I did not have to pay the airfare upfront in total but did have to pay a deposit which totalled a quarter of the full cost. It is common practice in the uk

I am not sure if we have had the most cost effective way but we have chosen our fights separately through the same travel agent as I wanted to ensure flights were with an air company I was happy with not who oceania chose as past experience has shown that you do not know who your flights are with until after you booked even though I did try to find out. So I bought a cruise only package and added the flights after making the Ta could get the flights at the same price or less than I could . I wanted to fly virgin airlines. The benefit was I did not have to pay for the flights up front .

I have just booked a conceirage cabin as little difference in price am I correct in thinking there is an enhanced breakfast menu on room service . Does anyone have a copy of what is available I love breakfast in our cabin

I believe there is a laundary room on each deck. I went once and it was empty, saved taking home a pile of dirty clothes and was no hassle
