    I wanted to make others aware of the issues I am having with this company. Star vista cruises uses this company for their music themed cruises such as flower power cruise and malt shop memories.

     

    My baggage was delayed on a flight for a cruise in February 2017. After many phone calls etc it was finally received at FLL. When the representative spoke to me, she said I might want to pick it up because she could not want to guarantee it would arrive before my cruise left the next day. I took a cab to the airport where it was given to me in baggage claim. I was thrilled to get it back

     

    When I got home a claim was filed with this company and as of today I still have not received my payment. Every time I send paperwork in or speak to them, something more is needed. I was not given any paperwork to sign at baggage claim when I picked up my bag. This is not good enough for them. I feel this is ridiculous. But I spent a very long time on the phone finally getting an airline supervisor in customer service to write a letter stating that it was picked up with no signature. I sent it to them via email. It is not clear enough and they want it resent in a PDF file which I have no idea how to do. It never ends. All I want is for them to honor the claim as it is legitimate!!

    Just got off breakaway

     

    1. No charge for coffee and pastries not sure about fruit

    2. Go to the right if guest services when you board so you can get dining. If it's Cagneys you are interested in you might want to book it if you can in line

     

    3. You can arrive early and late just before last check in

    4. Go to box office or kiosks to book on board when you get in ship

    5. Can't help with this one

    6.bowling is a charge I think it's $5 no charge for rope course

    7. It bings!

     

    8. Ship tour. It was either $79 or $99. We are platinum so get it free

    someone must know...best way to send/receive texts

    I bought a cruise package text and calls from our carrier. We do have at and t though. It was $60. Was always able to receive texts and calls. My husband did not go in this cruise with me and with his medical issues I wanted to be able to keep in touch. Contact Verizon and see if they have a similar package. It was well worth the cost for peace of mind

    The Bobby sherman fan club has conventions every two years. We have taken four other cruises together. Unfortunately when you do most things as a group they require a huge deposit. Ncl is one place that I can reserve a block and not have to personally put up the deposits. Everyone can get their own. We are grandmothers so need the tlc from a cruise ship'
