  1. Hi Folks!!

I have been searching the boards for specific feedback on the Anthem rooms below the Windjammer on Deck 13.

I have found some vague feedback, but mostly people's experience below Windjammer on other ships....hoping Anthem has some improvements.

Anyone actually been on Anthem (or Quantum, as it seems) and been under Windjammer??

We got "stuck" in rooms 13286/88 because we must have connecting rooms (to keep an eye on our teenagers ;-) and nothing else was available. I have checked back for anything that might open up, but not luck.

    Are we doomed??

We've had some bad luck with noise even in "good" locations, so I understand that sometimes it's the luck of the draw!!

Thanks so much for your feeback!!!

    Jennifer

  2. Thanks!!

And, unfortunately, Laurie, our "needs" are more than the ocean potty can accommodate ;)

I wasn't sure if the beachy restaurants would each have their own restroom. Good to know that they should. And, thank you for reminding me about putting the paper in the trash!! I totally forgot about that factor

  3. Funny!! I am not surprised to hear that, but I was hoping for some luck (that place looks so well established).

I think we might be okay on the entry level canopy zipline, but with the ultimate adventure, that might be too long away from the "facilities".

    Thanks for the helpful feedback!!

  4. Sorry, another restroom question...gotta try to plan as much as possible ;)

We are looking at the Carnival Excursions "Canopy Adventure" and "Ultimate Canopy, Zip, Ride and Slide".

The family is very interested, but again (per my cabo post), some of us cannot be away from a restroom for toooooo long (sorry if TMI ;-)

    Has anyone done this?

Can you tell me what the potty sitch is?

    Embarasing, but need to know.

    Thanks so much!!

  5. Hi Folks -

    Nitty-gritty question for you....

Due to a variety of factors:eek:, a few of us in our group will need to land in a spot on the beach where there are "decent" restrooms available nearby.

We are hoping to have a day on the beach with our 15 yr old b/g twins.

I think we went to Sand Bar last time, but I can't remember the restroom (if there was one ;-)

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks a bunch!!

    Jennifer

  6. Thought I'd post this, since this thread did not come up with any true answer for the original poster.

We are interested in this tour too, and I found this on one of the RCI links:

The St. Thomas Jeep and Beach Adventure is an enjoyable way to see the sights of St. Thomas, just as the islanders do, but on this excursion you can do the driving! If not, you can sit back and enjoy the sites, just let one of the other guests do the driving.

Guests are met at the ship by their tour guide and are walked a short distance to where the Jeep Wranglers are located. The caravan loads up and heads off to the beaches and mountain views along a route that covers 32 miles of a 13 mile-long island! Two of the best beaches on St. Thomas are visited. One is on the Caribbean side named John Brewers Bay, and the other Sapphire Beach, which faces the Atlantic. Combined, you'll enjoy over an hour and 10 minutes of swimming time. The tour guide will point to the local fruits and flowers and tell of the history, and there may be a brief stop at a local pottery shop (when open) along the way. All ages are welcomed and this tour is especially good for photography!

Note: Guests wishing to drive a vehicle must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license. Bring camera, towel, cover-up and sunscreen.
