Day two
Horseshoe Bay beach - take shuttles to & from, dinner at the ship, back out to St Georges or hang around dockyard area
Day 3

Hello
We're spending our 1st day in Bermuda at the Elbow Beach Resort (day passes) & were wondering how would we get there from the dockyard. We've never been to Bermuda & we wanted to know our game plan once we get off the ship. Thanks!

Perfect! Thank you for the quick replys & photos!

Hi, can someone tell me what voltage is used on the Summit? I'd like to bring my hair straightener with me but wanted to make sure I don't blow it when I plug it in. Thanks.
-
Took a few days... the folks at Elbow Beach Resort confirmed by email that resortforaday.com is authorized to sell day passes on their behalf. So they are legit. Not sure if they have a cap on how many they sell per day, I'm assuming so. I guess it's an option if Coco Reef is n/a.

I haven't received any sort of response from the folks at Elbow Beach regarding resortforaday.com selling day passes to their resort. They seem to also sell day passes to various ports of call. A google search doesn't give much info on this outfit... so I'm a bit hesitant. I'll keep digging. :)

Thank you, I emailed them & hoping to hear back. Was wondering if anyone's ever used them before or hear of them.

Hi
We are boarding on the celebrity summit in August for a bermuda cruise. We are wondering if we should bring our own bottles of wine. I hear the uncorking charges are $25 per bottle. Is it worth it or are we better off buying wine on cruise. Would anyone know if they have bartenura wine on ship or sweet wines that are not to expensive?

Great advice, thanks to all of you for your guidance.

This is all very good information. How would one go about requesting a cabin change if the one you're assigned to isn't to your liking (ie too forward or aft)? Do you contact Celebrity directly? Is there a protocol / cutoff date for such requests? Thanks again!
-
So you were assigned your cabin after 3 days? If you book a guarenteed room, I thought you only found out what cabin your in when you board. I didn't know you found out so quickly & there's an option to request a different one if your don't want anything too forward or aft. Still learning all this :)

Hi vivi9909, We're looking into a Bermuda sailing from NJ on August 9. Enjoy your trip! We can't wait ourselves. We just needed some advice on nailing dowm a nice mid ship veranda on the Summit at a reasonable price. We figured a guarenteed AQ cabin may fit the bill, at the very least it's in an upper deck & forward.
-
Wow! Thank you for your detailed explanation. We may try our luck with a guarenteed AQ stateroom & hope it lands us close to mid ship on the Summit. There's a significant price difference between guarenteed AQ staterooms & one where we chose the stateroom in the AQ category. Thanks for your help!

Thank you for your reply Dabear. It's on the Celebrity Summit. Not sure if it's an M or S class ship. So can I assume it will probably be located forward on decks 9 or 11? I think the Spa is forward ship. Thanks for the guidance!
-
Hello,
Are all Aqua Class category staterooms on the same deck? And do they all have verandas? We're considering going the guarenteed route to save a few $$$, but wondering where this category of room might be situated. We know guarenteed categories may be anywhere on the ship, but I'm assuming Aqua class would narrow it down to a few deck options, closer to the spa, which I believe is on deck 10. Thanks. 1st time cruiser :)

Hi
We are looking into a mediterannean cruise in the fall. I would like to know what kind of coffee is served for free. Do you have to pay for cappuccino or espresso? We have done caribbean cruises and the only free coffee is perk.
