Mine is generally anything prepared by anyone but me that I just sit down and get served!(I cook all the time, and professionally!) but I Iove an eggwhite omelet with sauteed onions, mushrooms, red peppers ,spinach, tomato and feta cheese, or huevos rancheros with queso fresco and salsa verde and cilantro, also and great smoked salmon with capers. Fresh pineapple and papaya, mango and other tropical fruits. But a warm croissant with gobs of good raspberry or blackberry prreserves sounds good too. Celebrity has awesome food. In their AquSpa cafe, and in their dining rooms. can't wait April 9 on the Constellation! Yikes I'm getting hungry!

I have either actually lost weight on cruises, or stayed the same! probably because I go to the on board gym everday, and eat whatever I want in moderation, I tend to stay somewhat low -carb and indulde in something sweet when I want once a day or whatever meal I choose. Aso eating is usually a lot more relaxed then my usual run around schedule at home! Enjoy! If you are lucky enough to be sailing on Celebrity Millinieum or the Constellatiin, their food is fanastic, and they have spa cuisine available that is really delicious.
