This is brilliant. I have done this sailing three times now. This trip (Dec 17) had the least good weather of the three, but statistically, it was "average" in that we landed at Falklands, had two clearish days in Antarctica, and could not land at Ushaia. Rain in Chilean Fjords was a real disappointment though, however, Castro was delightful. I added on Iguassu Falls, and after reading this report of taxis in BA, feel extremely lucky that we found an honest taxi driver to take us from AEP to EZE - a five hour window between flights used all but 30 minutes of it!!!

Looking forward to a week in the sun! I was on Prinzendam on Holy Land Explorer in Oct. Obviously I can't get enough.
I hope that this cruise has a lively crowd - I intend to do as many sailing options as possible!
Meet and greet on day 1 would be great.

So that's probably why they NEVER give times for their itineraries. I wanted to try the ships they purchased from HAL(which were my favorite getting me to 4-star mariner), and wrote to them asking not only why they didn't give times, but why they didn't post shore excursions until a few weeks before sailing. No answer for weeks - fourth request got some snarkey response that I was the only person who "needed to know this" in order to book. Your sad experience in France confirms my decision to not even consider them as a cruise option. Thank you.
