  1. We are scheduled to board the Constellation tomorrow and were informed of a 2 hour delay due to the virus cleaning going on.
We are scheduled for 11:00 boarding and had a 10:00 hotel shuttle. Later shuttles are totally booked.
Dose anyone know if there are available seats in a waiting area at the terminal? We know we will have a 1-3 hour wait but already paid for the shuttle and are willing to just sit and wait.

  2. We board the Connie this week.

About a month ago, X ran a big sale and we upgraded from Classic to Premium. I did it based on the following :

Champagnes and favorite wines such as Conundrum White and Red Blends, Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon, J&H Selbach Riesling Kabine, Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Blend, and Edmeades Zinfandel

I just checked and the link still takes me to this information. I'll have this information at the ready when I order my first glass of Decoy!!

  3. I have printed out the list as it is stated in the quote earlier. In addition I have the complete email dated Dec. 22nd on my phone. BTW, it mentions my specific cruise, Jan 12th.

I will be well armed when I make my pitch.

Last year, same type situation. The menu's and App had different prices. Our Sommelier, after pointing out the difference, only charged the the lower price for the entire cruise.

  4. We leave in two week for a 12 night cruise on the Connie. I upgraded to the Premium Beverage Pkg with the Black Friday sale last month,

On Wednesday of last week I got the following email from X titled " Sip and Save on Your Upcoming Cruise" Under the Premium tab this is what is stated. I intend on presenting this email to the Sommelier at my first opportunity.

  5. I  got an email from, X today titled " Sip and Save"

It was all about upgrading to the new lower priced packages. Under the Premium Pkg was the following:

Champagnes and favorite wines such as Conundrum White and Red Blends, Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon, J&H Selbach Riesling Kabine, Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Blend, and Edmeades Zinfandel

It certainly appears to me, they are saying Decoy and Conundrum are within the $17 Premium limit. But, according to many recent posts, these wines have recently been price increased to $19.

    Anyone have information on this?

  6. In a Celebrity email I received this morning, it stated the following under the Premium Drink Pkg.

Champagnes and favorite wines such as Conundrum White and Red Blends, Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon, J&H Selbach Riesling Kabine, Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Blend, and Edmeades Zinfandel

So, what is correct? I was under the impression Decoy and Conundrum recently had price increases to $19 putting them  over the $17 limit.

We leave in 2 weeks and I plan on having the email available to show when ordering either of these wines as I like them both.

  7. On the Summit last summer, I asked our cabin attendant to open the partitions between 3 adjoining cabins. His reply was a new policy prevented them from being opened. Has anyone else experienced this and is it now a Celebrity policy on all ships with balconies?

Leaving on the Equinox in two weeks with the same situation of 3 adjoining cabins. We would love to open these partitions and have the use of all 3 balconies.

  8. We are a group of 6 needing a Covid test prior to boarding in 2 weeks.I am wondering if anyone here has used OnPoint and specifically, did you have multiple people tested in the same session? The Website says one person per appointment but I have read/heard they will accept up to four people in one session. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

  9. The question was asked in this thread but I don't see an answer.

If reservations are linked together, is it possible for one person to secure boarding times for all the reservations? I understand the PP, Vac and CC information will have to be added individually, but was wondering about the boarding time.

  10. I have booked flights for a party of 6 for our January cruise through Celebrity. As our flights are one stop, I have been checking the site to see if the non stop flights have come down in price ( was about $150 more that 1 stop ) In the last 3 weeks, pricing has remained the same.

My question. Do these fares ever decrease as it gets closer to the actual date? Or, are the fares pretty well established as  I now see them? This will be our first time purchasing air through the cruise line versus doing so on our own.

    Thank you.

  11. We have  a 12 night cruise coming up in August which includes 5 sea days. As two of our party are avid bridge players, I was wondering how I contact other players on our ship.

Most cruise lines used to have organized bridge games on board but no longer do so.

Is there a way to have Celebrity do an inquiry with the daily Activities Sheet we get each evening?

Any information would be very appreciated.

  12. My wife is a lover of Cosmo's and Lemon Drop Martini's . With the Classic Pkg will they be permitted in the Martini Bar without an up charge.?

I think I read on this forum you can get a  1/2  size premium Martini with the Classic Pkg. Is this true?

Sailing in 2 weeks on the Equinox and would sure like to know prior what is included.

  13. We have a group of 6 seniors cruising on Celebrity for the first time next month. The Classic Package was one of  the amenities we received with our cruise. My question has to do with the quality of the wines offered with this program. We all 6 are fairly sophisticated, but by no means snobbish, wine drinkers. Big Cabs and Oaked Chardonnays ( mostly CA, WA) are to our liking. Will we be OK with the selections offered within the Classic Pkg?
