Everything depends what you're used to.

Having cruised on Holland America and most recently Sky Princess for us it's no contest.  Holland America is classier and cleaner. Love Holland America's Crow's Nest, promenade deck, amazing entertainment on the world stage and service. 

We were disappointed with the Sky Princess.   Felt like a floating hotel not a grand ship.  We were used to Holland America and in the buffet they serve and do not allow everyone to touch every utensil and spread germs.  The elevators were always packed and the ship didn't seem as clean as Holland America.  We tried all of the restaurants.  Sabatini's and The Crown Grill were terrible.  The French restaurant was the only one that was good.  The movie screen blaring at the pool was annoying during the day if you wanted to talk, relax or read etc.  Were on Princess 15 years ago and it has gone downhill for us.  On sea days if you come out to the pool later than 6:30 AM the chairs are all taken and reserved.  On a plus side the Kids Club is great and cabin fine.

We took the tour a year ago and disliked it.  You sit outside in the jungle with mosquitos on plastic chairs

to listen to someone talk about bananas.  They take you into the packing house where you must first step on  chemicals to enter.  The ride was not very scenic. 

We booked a hotel in Grand Cayman for the day and it was wonderful. We used the hotel facilities and their pool and beach.

We were on the January 18th cruise on Reflection also. We never had to wait for

a table in Blu for breakfast or for dinner. The waitstaff was excellent. Our breakfast

was great and served promptly. I can't say about the scrambled eggs but the over easy

eggs were fresh and delicious.

Our tour was in a van. There were only 10 of us on the tour with Baptiste as the driver.

A warning from the guide ahead of time would have prevented me from jumping up and having to have knee surgery for two meniscus tears. If I had known we wouldn't have taken the tour with my fear of snakes.

I wish we had been warned about the snake on the Cosol tour in January. My husband was sitting next to Baptiste the driver and yelled snake to warn me when he saw it up ahead and I was so scared that I jumped across the van and tore both sides of my knee.
