    My husband loaded the app onto his phone and same thing.

    Monday I called the app help desk and she said she has to have IT work in it and I would hear back today.  That did not happen.

    Will call them again tomorrow.  This is very frustrating as I cannot do anything else until this is fixed.

    Anyone else have this issue?

    My sister and I have been cruising on princess together for 15 years and have never had so much trouble with the app and everything else they have our names and addresses mixed up and our passports mixed up we have called and called to have it all fixed and they say they have but still mixed up we’re doing back to back on crown and at first they had it all ok now they have it all screwed up again nerve racking

  2. We were on the Royal in April in aft balcony on caribe we had a lot of soot problems to the point of not being able to use our balcony early mornings and evenings has anyone else had problems with the soot on aft balcony son the royal

  3. We're going on 10 day cruise then coming back into Lauderdale next day going on a 15 day cruise. Can we leave our luggage at pier for next ship or will we have to take it all with us

  4. We are cruising out of Lauderdale on a 10 day cruise coming back in and leaving next day on another cruise. Will they will they keep our luggage at port for next cruise or will we have to take it to hotel with us.
