getting off the ship waspainless we walked off before 8am no lines easy as pie had towait for our pick up about 30 min but still home before 10am..

now the ship way to big for usonly 2 elevator banks lots more walking from aft to forward...waste of money for VIBE cushions were water loged couldn't sit in vibe they made no attempt to dry them had to fight for refund for the day $11.00 ea, several couples in our group of 7 were summoned to the service desk for supposed problems with their credit turns out there was no problem however our days were interrupted....no complaints about the food very O.K. but not great never changing menu never offered a shrimp cocktail once...if you wanted pie alamode had to pay extra for scoop of ice cream....must say the casino was fun won a little money...rock of ages was o.k...comedy show also o.k. games in atrium again o.k. ...pool area small don't understand theory behind only 2 pools

after being a Princess cruiser I can't recommendNCL there is no comparison

yesterday learned price of our balcony room on the 13th just droped $328.60 from we paid booking with NCL direct[by he way we are a group of 12 +2 who their own} call NCL right away asked for refund they said no can do...asked for OBC again no can do...Sara said she would check with a supervisor and get back...called back offered mnisuite (which is still cheaper than what we paid}but we stressed we wanted to stay together,says she would see what she could do.//excited now she called back and had rooms on the 12th floor together great but still no other comp ok..within 30 minutes we realized the room were infact family balcony rooms directly across from the splash academy NOT ACCEPTABLE calledher back explained weare old and don't want to hear kids...she understood and said she would look for real mini-suits but not together after thought not what we wanted called her back and told her to put us back in our orginal rooms......asked for again since we are now giving NCL $328.60 xtra for nothing in return.. asked to speak to supervisor...Brenda said only could offer mini-suite which we declined...said if it was reverse and price went up would we pay more....after an intense conversation she agreed to give us a $125.00 room OBC and refused a request for at least a comped dinner......so all n all NCL screwed us...they have now lost 14 future cruises and we will tell our friends CHECK WHAT YOU CABIN IS NOW BEING SOLD FOR

woldnt be possibleto purchase one drink card as I cannot drink 49$ worth of liquor a day as I am diabetic.my husband probably can so one card is enough

I've read that you can purchase day passes at hotels in nassau i am interested in thr riu palace i've gone to there web site and there is no mention of day passes.... Can you direct me to the sitei can use to purchase a pass.................. Thanks

we did get an assigned chair but at certain times there may have been too much sun and we were allowed to go off and sit at an empty chair in the shade if not being used... the wind did wip :p:(:confused::mad::D:Dound a little but not unbearable.. i also brought a small parasol with me if the sun was to much for an hour or so..... don't fret about your seating no matter where you are it's so worth it....... we were the last to book for the week and were told only 2 seats were left 4 of us...mR. sILVER MANAGER WAS such a professional he made an exception and extended the reserve seats 2 more to accomadate us..

Just got off Caribbean 9 day cruise $135.00 for the 9days pp to me it was well worth the extra money,,......only complaint is that anyone except kids can use the spa pool which is right where we are...would prefer restricted to spa guests and sanctuary guests only... it really is the place to relax and reflect......:):p:D;)
