For those of you who have been... what is the guided shore snorkel tour like? I'm just wondering how far out you go and how deep the water is.

Also, would you describe the kayak tour as more on the relaxed/peaceful side of things or is it strenuous kayaking all over trying to keep up with the guide? :D I'm sure you can guess which one I would prefer. ;)

Does anyone know if they offer parasailing at Playa Uvas?

For those of you who have been to Playa Uvas recently... do you have to wear some sort of shoes when getting into the water? From what I've read they are necessary because of the jagged rocky edge, but just wanted to double check.

Also, I've got a bad knee; is it hard to get to get back in the boat from the water?

We were wondering this too... A friend of ours is doing this tour and she has some physical limitations. How exactly do you get on and off the boat? (Do you just dive right in?) Is there a ladder to get back on?
