This is my last post. I just said that Hal is going downhill. And this is on every aspect of cruising, but some don't agree ,that is your choice. It just isn't one thing but many things. If you want to continue with Hal great, but we will not Happy Cruising to all

Yes it is. Don't Sell tours that are not up to standards. Especially at those inflated prices

Pago Pago had old busses more like old trucks an some broke down

Well Ruth C. I think I have told you enough. PURE AND SIMPLE HAL S SERVICE IS GOING DOWNHILL. If I said the freeway was busy I'm sure you would want to know how many cars were on the highway LOL

I guess you just don't get it Laura.we paid just as much for this cruise,if not more as any HAL cruise.Im just saying that Hal is going down hill. Yes I have gone on other cruise lines and have paid more,but that is not the question DiD I get GOOD SERVICE".......YES .Which we didn't get on HAL

We'll sail Look us up we are 4star cruisers. We have sailed on many Hal ships including the original Rotterdamn

Sorry Girl. But it doesn't Matter what I paid for our Signature Suite. Should we get better service if we pay them more. So quit defending Hal. We were not the only ones who have said how the service has gone downhill in the last few years. ENOUGH SAID END of STORY

Well We are 4* Mariners. Have cruised 30 years on many cruise lines (mostly Hal. But will look else where) and our last 2 cruises have gone downhill. Even the Room Steward said he was so sorry that he couldn't do a better job. Just had to many rooms. We had dining at 5;30 and were lucky the make the 800 pm night show( which was very poor as well) The meals were either over cooked or under done. The Lecturer was boring and poorly attend. The tours were very over priced (OldBusses) I could go on for more, but I will tell you all that the service was VERY BAD

Osterdamn April 19th to May 10th. Last cruise was last fall and no I don't want a free cruise. Just want to get what I paid for

What has happened to Hal. Just returned from a cruise April 19th to May 10th and cannot believe how Hal has gone downhill WHY??

Just returned on the 22 day cruise from April 19th to May 10th and cannot believe how down hill this cruise line has gone. Except for our dining Steward and our room Steward the rest of the service was very poor. We have been on many cruises and cannot believe how poor they have got JMO

You can get mushy peas in the Terrace with the fish n chips ...not sure if they were Jacques Pepin ;)

 

Ok fish n chips mushy peas & malt vinegar with Ginger beer to wash it down
