I have been communicating with Viking on this since right before Thanksgiving.  It took a while to convince the first  agent that I did know my sign in info, that i had a browser that was  compatible with their system, etc. ... A second agent finally realized it was their problem ( for some reason when they look at their monitors, it shows we are in when we are not.)

    It's  been sent up the line and hopefully fixed very soon.

    When I saw this thread, I copied  it to Viking with the comment that after only 4 hours up, there were already a number of people with same problem. Tomorrow with a new non holiday week - it should  really be taken care of - fingers crossed
