If it was Todd, I didnt much care for him. I found his introduction (T-O-double D on the M-I-C) every time to get irritating and grating.
I completely agree! He was very annoying. It was also the most unorganized debark of any cruise I've been on.

Just curious, how do we find out our muster station before boarding?

I regularly sail both Celebrity and Carnival. I've also tried RCL and MSC. I have never had a bad cruise! Some have definitely been better than others, but never anything close to bad! I will say that I prefer Celebrity. But, my kids prefer Carnival right now. When they were younger, they loved Celebrity. The kids' clubs are awesome for younger kids. I think both lines do their thing well. I do find myself thinking, I wish Carnival would do ... like Celebrity does much more than I ever think the opposite. However, I really wish Celebrity had a piano bar.

Wonder if you can either change the Non-Alcaholic to the Kids Drink Package -
The kids one sounds like it would fit better. In looking the Cost of the Kids Package is $15 per day and the NA is $18.00 per day.
Description of N/A - Enjoy your favorite Coca-Cola sodas, plus fresh and bottled juices, premium coffees and teas, and non-premium bottled water.
I wondered the same thing. You would think that it would be automatic for the under 21 cruisers.

My cruise is in late September 2022.
Thanks for the quick response. I guess I will try to call.

How far out from your cruise date did you get the email? We are sailing in Aqua on the Summit on 3/14. I haven't received the email. Thanks!

What about virgin frozen drinks? Are they included in the classic non-alcoholic package? My kids are supposedly getting that with "always included", not the kid's drink package.

Good question. I'd guess 14 just because Platinum status begins on day 1 of qualifying cruise. So, they're gold until they board the ship. I've been wrong before.
I turn Platinum on my upcoming Mardi Gras sailing. I was able to check in at 16 days out.

Has anybody else had trouble using the premium plus drink package with the mini bar! I was charged for everything and it was a huge battle to get the charges reversed. Guest services told me the food wasn’t included because it was a drink package. I pushed the issue and got it refunded. When I got back to the cabin and looked it up, the description for the package clearly states ‘food and drinks in the mini bar and room service’. I asked about the room service and was told it was only drinks from room service. I want to order room service and eat smoke more pringles but I feel like it is going to be another issue! I hate being ‘that person’ and complain but I should be able to get what I paid for! I haven’t even tried the room service!

I’ll see you there! 40th birthday! Wooot wooot! Look for the crew dressed in all black, cause I’m told I’m supposed to be depressed or something. So, busting out the goth/emo look!
See you there! I'm going whether or not my kids get to go. I just really hope they can! We have enough adults going that we can split up the kid watching.

Just received my daughter's exemption approval for 9/4 MG sailing.
I am so happy to hear that they are getting the exemptions out earlier now! We sail 9/18 and hope to hear sooner rather than later.

That is awesome news! It looks like they might be catching up. We sail 9/18. I hope we hear in the next couple of weeks.

I ordered 2 $100 cards a couple of weeks ago. They came in a regular white envelope. I think it was from "Redemption Center" You can feel the cards in the envelope.

AARP has $100 and $500 e-gift cards today!

I was wondering the same thing. I would love to see some drink menus with current prices. I'm sailing on 8/6 and drink packages aren't available to pre-purchase. Hopefully somebody will post them next week.

"A fully vaccinated guest is considered to be someone 12 years and older and they have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days after the second dose (or 14 days after the Johnson & Johnson 1 dose vaccine) prior to the cruise. Children under 12 years old traveling with parents/guardians that are fully vaccinated will be considered a fully vaccinated guest."
The way I read this is unvaccinated children of vaccinated guests do NOT need to get the test prior to embarkation. I hope I am correct!

I was told by the rep I talked to that they would be available on the ship. I sure hope so!

I turn platinum on my next cruise on September 18. My documents and my luggage tags show me as platinum. However, my check in date in my planner is September 4, NOT 16 days out. I really hope it will let me check in on September 2!

They seem to fit in the holders I had for Carnival tags.

Title of the excursion says bubble tour in it.
Thanks! I figured that, but thought I might be missing something.

I'm going to gather with the CDC being given a stay of the CSO, we're looking at a 95/5 situation still. I'm sailing in Oct as well. Bubble tours have started showing up for my November stop in Nassau
How can you tell they are bubble tours? My September 18 Mardi Gras sailing doesn't seem to have any that are bubble tours, at least any that I can tell.

I booked an A1 (#1140!) on the Infinity in April 2021 shortly after it was released. I did pay the A2 price because of the captain's club upgrade. The price was $1946.36 in February with 2 perks. I took drinks and OBC. I also got $150 for POSTTHANKU and another $150 from my TA for a total OBC of $600. Yesterday, the A1 price was $2365.50 with 2 perks. Today, the 2 perk price is $2,665.50!

I'm an Allstate customer in Georgia. I haven't had access to e-cards in months. However, AARP has e-cards today!

Carnival Platinum Match Status On MSC
in Carnival Cruise Lines
Posted
MSC matched my Carnival platinum status to their gold status.
