We will be on the Bellisima on Sept 22 from Genoa, Coming Back on the 29. The Seaview leaves Genoa on Sept 30 on a 7 day cruise, Can we get off permanently in Rome  on Oct 2nd? Has anyone done that can I call MSC and see if they would reduce the fair Possibly if they are taking on new Guests in Civitavecchia. Otherwise I might have to pay the full fare as it is not to bad and break even on airfare hotels etc. I never tried it before but it seems MSC picks up new people in each port where a standard cruise ship just picks up in or Max of 2. I also don’t understand why a show positively showcasing the LGBT community as being not family friendly? And yet shows about crime/infidelity/murder are fine? I think my kids would love Pricilla (big musical theater fans).

That show had a man pretending to be a woman and tricking other men that he was a woman and they beat the crap out of them in the show then they posted that they were faggets on the on the bus not to mention that the woman was shooting ping pong balls out of every orifice at the end of the show you need to have two family friendly shows on every bone you want to have that kind of freak Show put it on an adult themed Cruises Only

Can I ask with the butler did you ask for your preference or discuss what you liked?

Priscilla is a renown movie/show and they advise it’s an adult themed show and some research on here would have given you the information on what shows are available.

Did you escalate the cleaning issue? As others have mentioned after spending heaps of money I’d be politely raising it.

Romel was our Butler he was on point, the Housekeeper missed our room twice I even submitted to the concierge pics of wife cleaning room, They then sent a crew of 2 men to finish the cleaning, They really did not seem to care, Plus since we got on in Rome we get on the middle of the cruise. I did not like the show Priscilla it was not very tasteful, I wonder how they decided to put a show like that an a ship, Grease, chicago but priscilla was not a moral show. A family should be able to see 2 shows. The entertainment was not even close to RCCL oasis class shows.

We were in the Epic Haven med cruise, Sept 12 -19 cabin 16008 Family Suite.

Butler was good, But basically all that was done was bring us fruit and snacks, They show rose petals in the tub on the advertisement but when i asked for this they wanted 99 dollars. Thats basically how this cruise went, 2 days the Housekeeper did not even make up our room, even though we were gone for the day and had the door sign to make up room, Wife made the beds and I complained then they sent 2 others to clean room. The elevator service was not good, it took forever to getthe elevator up to 16 even though they say we can bypass floors with our haven card this did not work, The answer from the concierge was walk down one flight and you will have better elevator service. The ship layout was bad, I so much more prefer Oasis Class on RCCL. They really do not have priority lines to restaurants, and getting on the ship, You would think when one spends 9K for a week trip there would be more perks. The food on the ship was very good except for teppanyaki restaurant, It was very Bland. The worst part In my opinion was the Princess Show, It was in very bad taste, Which limited most Families to one show of burn the floor which was very Good, I Do not think We will sail NCCL at any time in the future We really prefer RCCL and the Oasis type ships, lower price and nicer ship. We also had the UBP which was very good, and 250 free minutes of internet which was very slow. We also must say Posh was very Nice and relaxing.

I had heard that you can pre buy bottled liquor for your suite from the ship but all I can find online is wine. Where do I find this if it is true this is for ncl epic med cruise in September

I have that, I think or hope the certificates for credit are separate from the OBC that the ship gives you.

I went online to NCL and see we have an onboard Credit of 400.00 I guess from being a frequent cruiser, We booked the Haven for a Europe Cruise,Since we did the booking with a TA we also received alot of other perks, Free internet , free drinks, 50 dollars excursion 2 free specialty dining, we also have 2 150.00 certificates from the ship is this in addition to the 400.00 listed? We also received 500.00 in certificates from the TA, So My question is do I actually have 1200.00 in onboard credits? Thanks in Advance.

Does anyone know if its adjustable shower head like pulse , rain and power massage wash?

Truthfully its not about benefits its about room size Even the 241 sf they give is small, plus the bathroom setup will be something to get used to in the mini suite on epic. But Thank you for the info

We will be on a cruise And currently have a Mini Suite for 4 of us, will be a little tight. Now 2 other relatives want to go but they are on a budget, We are thinking of Giving them our 2 spaces in the Mini Suite, And then Booking a Haven suite 552 sf suite on the epic, Will one of the other guests be able to use our room also or will they charge us more as its like 2300 pp in the haven suite compared to 1600 in the mini suite, Please don't criticize I am just seeing if this is frowned upon.

In the past on NCL we only did the Sky, We will be traveling on NCL Epic in September in the Med, Do they have Formal night? I need to know if we have to pack formal clothes , i would rather not, I know they only do anytime dining correct, Thanks in advance.

OK.... I really need some opinions here for San Juan. We've never been to San Juan and the boat is only docked from 8-4. I was really leaning towards doing something in the rain forest but feel like by the time we got back, there would be no time to walk around the city at all. We are already doing a city tour in St Marteen so I really wanted to do something fun and adventurous in San Juan but now I'm torn because (as a photographer) I'm hearing San Juan is a great city to check out and explore.

We were on the Divina in October and loved everything the food. shows and the workers. We loved it so much we booked 2 more cruises this summer on the musica and magnifica leaving venice and going to different ports throughout the med. Just wanted to know are the shows all the same on MSC or does each ship do different shows? and are the menus somewhat different or the same. Thanks

we just came off the Oct 18 sailing we had 3 drink voucher books that we bought ahead 15 drinks each for 72 dollars, the avg cocktail was 7.50 so we saved alot. total 45 drinks for 216 dollars enough for 2 people. then wea lso bought the 7 bottles of wine package for 85 dollars the wine on board would have cost 25 a bottle so we saved90 dollars by pre purchasing them:D

We were also on that ship and we also are avid cruisers. Our opinion was different as far as food quality is concerned in the buffet for dinner. I never saw any beef being served except for hamburgers. They served the same items we had in the dining room 2 days later in the buffet. The lobster was good last night, maybe 3-4 oz. I was just tired of seeing pasta all the time in the buffet and others we spoke with on board felt the same way. However, you get a beautiful ship to cruise on and for a reasonable price.

Its an Italian ship, You will get pasta, but they had rice, potatoes, and all the side dishes and the pizza was New York brooklyn quality not the frozen or dominoes style crap you get on other ships, and in the buffet at lunch there was always meats, and even a whole turkey being carved. And yes the lobster was small thats why u can order as much as you can eat

Just off the Divina, I dont know what cruise all the other reviewers were reviewing But just to let you know I am Emerald on Royal and I believe Platinum on Carnival.. The divina was one of the BEST cruises i have been on, The food excellent, our servers Hery in the Black Crab, maitre Dee Tommy, Our room attendant musshy, Were GREAT. The quality of food was excellent, the Oso Buco so good we had 3, Lobster perfectly cooked, Not one complaint here, there were NO problems with communication, All workers spoke english , all had smiles, The show were GREat, espcially the Pirate show which had magic, acrobats, singing, etc. There was even opera. I liked it so much I booked 2 weeks in Greece, and i am canceling my royal caribbean trip to Greece this summer. Andre the cruise director was very good and kept us happy the whole cruise. If you have any qustions just ask, We used the drink tickect package, we also bought the wine package 7 bottles at dinner for 85 dollars, we also bought all the pictures over 250 HIGH quality for 499. You cannot go wrong with this ship.:D
