We are setting sail in a few weeks and on board for 14 days. Does anyone know if you can use your platinum laundry perk on any day or does it have to be when NCL offers the "fill the bag" special? Thanks in advance to the more experienced cruisers.

My family and I are on our 6th NCL cruise this summer (Spirit-Barcelona to Venice) in July. For the most part we are booking our own private tours but do have some OBC to spend. We thought we might use it towards an NCL excursion. Does anyone know if the shore excursion desk is open on the embarking day? If so, when we are docked in Barcelona will it be open and/or only after we sail away? Additionally, will we have to pay an extra VAT if purchased on board vs. in advance before we leave? Thanks in advance for all of you experienced travelers out of Barcelona.

We are on the 18 July 14-Grand Med sailing out of Barcelona. After reading these posts I had to formally request but did receive from my PCC the updated itinerary. Now instead of Istanbul and Kusadusi we have Athens on 7/25 a sea day on 7/26 and Corfu Greece on 7/27. Bummed about missing out on shopping in Istanbul.

Sailing on Spirit next summer Grand Med out of Barcelona. Happen to notice a $1700 price drop for our BC Balcony cabin. Just off the phone with NCL (Sunday 11/22/15) and they honored the new price. Would suggest taking a look at your future bookings. Fingers crossed everyone is as fortunate as the 3 of us.

Does anyone know if US citizens can now purchase and bring back into the United States Cuban Cigars which are sold in Bermuda? If so how many are allowed? We are sailing on Dawn next week and have a standing order. Not sure if we will be able to fulfill. Any recent travelers been able to do this since the new arrangement with Cuba?

We are on this cruise next year July-2016 and have this room booked so would be interested in what you think? If you can post pictures that would be great!

My family and I are traveling to the Mediterranean on NCL Spirit. I know there will be better coffee choices throughout Europe, but we collect the City Mugs from our travels. I looks like while docked in Kudasai and Istanbul there are Starbucks locations within walking distance of the port. Is that the case? Also for those who have traveled to Athens and Mykonos (both of which have locations) are these doable? Thanks in advance for your help.

My teens want to Parasail when we are in Bermuda this summer. Does anyone have any experience with local company near where the Dawn will be docked or from the popular beaches? There aren't any options offered as an excursion from the ship any tips?

Question to the CC experts, I have an OBC as a result of the promotions offered a few months ago to use on my upcoming Dawn sailing to Bermuda. If I pre-book excursions on-line do I have to pay for them now? Or will I be charged while on the ship after I complete the excursion and it will be subtracted from my OBC? Additionally how are dinners handled? If I pre-book under the UDP now will I be charged now and essentially the UDP will be for not? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Waiting to hear back from my PCC but the $549.00 I will save off my summer 2015 Bermuda trip will surely pay for a hotel in Boston pre-cruise. Excellent deal!

We did this cruise last June and booked the family suite on deck 12 which didn't have a balcony. We welcomed the space/perks and didn't miss a balcony. Most of the trip it would have been too cold to sit out there (and we are from Minnesota too). Enjoy this is a great trip.

We took 4 cruises (all in suites) and booking 9+ months out. Looking forward to getting Platinum benefits next summer on Dawn.
