Just booked LA to Brisbane. So excited to be able to do any of this cruise. 

My family booked 3 of these cabins in 2017.  Although we would occasionally hear joggers, it was not enough to deter me from booking these again. No one in our party was a "late" sleeper. And the convenience and larger balconies outweighed the noise for us.  I just booked one again for December of this year.  

My husband and I am booked to sail on AOS in September/October to New England/ Canada in one of the new cabins. I booked this cruise specifically for the cabin. I have been on AOS a couple of times before out of San Juan and I can't remember the solarium pool specifically. So I was reviewing pics of the ship, and just realized that there is no roof over the solarium pool. Why would RCCI move a ship with no roof over any pool to that itinerary when it is likely to be chilly in that part of the world? I am sooooo confused....

We have stopped on the way to AOS in PR and not had a problem. I bring a cruise ship luggage tag and a roll of tape to attach to the case. Then send it with my checked bags when we board.

The private setting worked on my iPad. Been frustrated with this for weeks. Maybe RCCL should have a page prompting for settings or something. Glad I found this thread.

Thanks for the posts about these cabins. I've been searching for info and my daughter found this thread. We would also love any interior pics if anyone sails in these rooms before December, 2017.

Watching for food reviews. Just got off Serenade and had a great experience while other complained copiously. Also looking forward to port thoughts.

I just got off Serenade from an aft cabin. There were a lot of scooters from the rental companies on our cruise (12/12/16). The hallway to the elevators is long and would be difficult on crutches. Hopefully you will be able to navigate inside the standard cabin. Good luck and once you are on the ship, they should be helpful.

Could be the propellers getting out of sync for a moment or 2. We felt something like that on Adventure before as well. But I don't really know.

We are sailing on the Serenade of the Seas on December 12, 2016. We have booked cabin 7660 on Deck 7 and just wondering if anyone has had any issues with noise coming from the Zanzibar Lounge one deck below at night? Also, are there stairs at the back of the ship to go down to the restaurants or do you have to go to the elevators on Centrum? Can't wait to sail!! :) Thank you so much for your replies!! Not sure if I'm posting in the right spot though as I went to the Serenade thread but I can do a new posting (new to Cruise Critic posts):rolleyes:

Try reposting this on the Roll Call for this sailing, there are people that have been on Serenade multiple times before that might be able to answer.
