Casinos are only open when the ship is at sea, not in port. I wish I could respond to more, but I have only one Alaskan cruise under my belt.

I think the prices listed for this cruise are misleading.

You're right -- the website is misleading. And you can still ask about the buy one cabin fare and get one free. Have some friends that booked that -- I think they paid about 600 each and that included port fees, taxes and gratuities. Really good deal when you look at all the concerts and the fact that it's a fully chartered cruise.

Premier Christian Cruises puts on about 5 Christian cruises every year -- and they have the Music Boat this November. They charter an entire ship, but there is still alcohol for those who would like a drink, beer or glass of wine. The music and entertainment is all Christian acts -- this year it's Chris Tomlin, Mercy Me, Brandon Heath, Newsboys and a ton of others. And one of my favs -- Sanctus Real.

The prices are really good -- in fact they have a buy one cabin fare and get one free right now. I don't think it's that publicized, but you can get it if you ask about it. Great deal! :)
