Help on this cabin, is the position good, what kind of a view do you get, good or bad!

Any noise disturbance, and do you feel much movement.

Usually pick a mid ship cabin �� feeling brave lol

Has anyone recently been in this cabin, I want to know if there is any noise issues, I have read about a vibration noise but not sure if this has been resolved

Plus is there any other noise to be concerned about.

Last time I was on RCCL on the Explorer there were certain seating areas around the pool which were reserved for Diamond members. In addition there were seating areas in the theater reserved for Diamond members.

 

I have not noticed this around the pool or in the theater on any of the Celebrity ships I have been on. I may be wrong but that was my observation.

 

I am not Elite or Diamond status but the one thing that does bother me is some people who are Diamond or Elite treat the other passengers on the ship as if they were steerage passengers. If you want that kind of thinking people can go on Cunard.

 

Suite passengers pay more and deserve the privileges they get on board.

 

Enjoy your perks, you've earned them and deserve them. I just ask that the Diamonds and Elite treat their fellow passengers with the common decency they should be shown.

 

After all, we're all "in the same boat".

These areas are not for diamond, they are actually for gold card members, suite guests only.....

Can anyone tell me if Elite members get the same as Diamond members on RCCL.

With a lounge between 5pm and 8.30pm, and 3 drinks loaded onto your card to use at any bar at those times if you prefer.

Anyone got a answer for this.....booked two cruises about a month ago with RCI, deposits paid on both, one out of cancellation money back time, one is still in the time. Both cruises have come down in price to what we paid and both have now added OBC. They are in total nearly $300 cheaper now. What to do???

Unless I read it wrong, they leave in less than one month, so cancelling would not be a good thing.

We booked it a month ago, we sail November and February

Here's what we have found out, today's exchange rate via a bank will be $1 AU will get .68US, if we go via RCI we get .77US. And we can transfer cruise to cruise as OBC....

Is it true that i can buy from RCI $US at a better rate from RCI than i can from my bank in Australia. If so i guess i get in touch with RCI but where does the cash go, straight into my on board credit, anyone know the procedure

Looking to book another RCI cruise from Australia on their own website page, there now seems to be no payment for tips in the quote for the cruise?? Is it now included as a ghost payment or have they done away with it??

Please don't do it here in Australia, otherwise you might not get back on the ship at departure time as you'll be in jail

Are you able to request that you eat with others or can you only get tebles for the two of you?

We had another couple we travelled with to dine with

We booked for the first 4 nights, then after that for the next 10 nights we just turned up and got a table no problems no waiting either

From what I observed the ifly was a waste of time, all the queuing up dressing up waiting for your turn for 1 minute....then you never go higher than shoulder height of the attendant. The bumper cars were more fun....

How did you like the room they moved you to? How bad was the obstruction in either of the rooms? We stay up pretty late, still trying to decide if I should change. DO you know if I change now and the room prices are higher do I have to pay the higher rate?

We loved the room they moved us to....it was a junior on the hump!! The obstruction was of no problem, couldn't see straight down but could straight across the top of the lifeboat. Don't know about the prices...
