Anyone confirm if you are able to visit these forts during the govt shut down? It was our plan next week in San Juan.
If not, what else would be recommend?

We are trying to decide which beach to go to Coki, Saphire, or Linquist. We just want to snorkel some (need rental gear), maybe some drinks and snacks, and maybe SUP rental?
