  1. We are elite and are being joined by my brother and his wife on an upcoming cruise. There are a couple of tender ports  Will they (non elite) be allowed to tender with us or do we need to arrange to meet ashore?

  2. We booked a princess transfer from the ship to Victoria Station in London after an upcoming T/A. My itinerary is now showing "Transfer: Ship to LHR/LGA Airport"

    Do I have a problem here or am I worrying about nothing?

  3. Sorry if this has been answered but a search for me was unsuccessful. We are doing a b2b on the Caribbean Princess next month with an excursion in Ft Lauderdale between cruises. We will be changing cabins. Will our luggage be moved for us or will we need to figure it out for ourselves?

  4. We were on the Grand with you for that Feb 2020 Hawaii cruise. Our sentence was served in an inside cabin and then at Dobbins AFB in Georgia. Worst part was that our luggage was sent to California. Didn't get it back until just a couple days before we were sent home. We are repeating that cruise this Feb 13th and have also opted for a balcony this time (mini suite). Can you let us know the casino conditions? Are they limiting the number of players at the table games?

  5. Can anyone currently on or recently off the Grand tell me what the situation re covid restrictions in the casino? We are booked on the Feb 13 Hawaii cruise from LA. We both enjoy table games (mainly 3 card poker and blackjack). Do they still allow full tables and are there fewer tables? Any restrictions?

  6. Called today and after a long wait finally connected with the airfare department. 

    they tried to blame it on the airline changing schedules but I knew they don't just cancel your entire booking over a minor schedule change. Anyway, the rep in the airfare department was able to get me booked and ticketed so it all worked out. I can't imagine the problems I would have incurred if I didn't have the airline's app and regularly checked. There is no excuse for Princess not submitting payment on time. If I ever book with EZair again (which is doubtful) you can be sure i'll get the airline's app if it's not one I already have.

  7. Booked on the Feb 13 Grand Princess LA to Hawaii cruise. Checked my American Airlines App today and noticed our flights that we had booked through Princess have disappeared. Spoke with AA and they told me that they had been cancelled and that I must speak with Princess to find out why. Is it possible they're trying to retain cash prior to cancelling the cruise or is there some logical explanation? Of course their customer service is closed until Monday. If I was someone that didn't have the airline's app and not anal about checking my travel arrangements I might not have known about this until arriving at the airport Feb. 12 . Anyone else on this trip having problems with their flights?

  8. I attempted to pre purchase some casino credits on the Princess website but they show as "out of stock". What does that mean? It doesn't seem to make any sense as  credits are not a physical thing. Can anyone enlighten me? This is for the Feb 21st Grand sailing from San Francisco.

  9. We are cruising to HI on the grand princess Feb 21. Arriving at SFO around midnight on the 20th and staying at the Grand Hyatt SFO. Need info getting to the hotel and then to the cruise pier next am. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
