I purchased 4 e-cards yesterday. I got an email confirming the purchase, but how long does it take before receiving the cards?
I have always received within 5 minutes or so.

It's so weird, just figured out it works on my husband's phone in our house.

The link I pasted in my post is working fine for me on 2 devices. Are you using that one?

5 devices and not one, using the link you provided, works. I've been using the website for the last several weeks earning points and everything worked fine, so I most definitely have the correct URL. Nothing works over here.

I just checked and it's working fine. Double check the URL you're going to.
Still not working for me.

Is anyone else having a problem getting to the AARP site? I keep getting "The URL is unavailable".
Yes, all weekend!

Last year we stayed in Cocoa Beach and just uber'd to the ship. Totally easy!

We have done the bears on two separate cruises. The first time, my husband and I each did one for our two girls. The second time, the girls were with us and they each picked one. They both picked a bear and an outfit and the total was about $50. Each animal came with a carnival t shirt. The outfits are full outfits, like a baseball uniform (shirt, pants, glove, hat) or hula outfit (bikini, hula skirt, beach towel). They give you the unstuffed bear and their box, which is like their house filled with stuffing. You then find a spot in the camp carnival room and stuff away. If you need more stuffing they'll give you more. Once it's stuffed as you like it, you pull the strings and tie them up. The counselors will cut the strings for you once it's tied. Our kids loved it and we'll probably do it again this upcoming cruise!

When we sailed out of Galveston last March, we specifically asked an officer/agent and he said, "you're leaving the state today, right?" We were. He told us we didn't need to stop, nor did we need to pay since we were leaving Texas.

We cruised last year when my daughter was 2 years, 2 months and she was totally fine in the shower, even though we hadn't done any showers at home prior. I would move the shower head all the way down and then "hose" her down while she danced around the shower. Washig hair was super easy with the hand held shower too!

We have gotten an IL Resident Rate almost every cruise.

Yes, it's $35 for everyone, even children. Also, everyone orders from the same menus, there are no kids menus.

We just cruised with our 2 year old in a balcony cabin. We orginally requested a crib and then decided she was too big for it. Instead, our steward made up the couch into a bed and we placed the back cushions on the other side with the small table holding it in place. She was totally fine the whole week. She still sleeps in the crib at home and moves around a lot, but we didn't have a single problem all week!

I have searched and all the posts I've found say that cabs from the port to Pigeon island are about $35 for up to 3 people. Is it double for 6? Are there cabs/vans that accommodate 6?
My question:
What would transportation cost, round trip, for 6 people from the port to Pigeon Island?
Thanks in advance!

My PVP told me that it could be up to 24 hours before.

Magic (23-30th) had Goonies, Despicable Me 2, Bedtime Stories, and a couple others (those were the ones we watched). In the cabin, Monsters University and Man of Steel were a couple days and Teen Beach Movie.

We drove from Chicago straight through to Orlando, 17 hours, with 2 children (18 months and 5)! It was totally fine! We left at about 8 PM, kids were in PJs, they fell asleep about 45 minutes into the drive. I slept while my husband drove. We stopped about 3 AM for gas/bathroom. Kids woke up for pitstop, fell back asleep about 30 minutes later. My husband drove until about 8 AM, we stopped for breakfast. Changed the kids, refeuled and then I drove for 3 hours while my husbnad slept. Kids fell asleep again for most of that. Stopped again for gas and snacks and continued on. Kids were awesome! And this was with no DVD player in the car! It can be done. We plan on doing it again in a couple weels when we drive to Galveston.

I thought they had a coffee card at some point where you bought like 5 or so and you got a punch card to use at the specialty coffee stand.

There is usually a "wine pairing" event. It costs extra, but could give you a taste of some of the available wines.

No way, you can book with whomever or however you want to! If you want to call and book great, book through a PVP fabulous, book online, fantastic. It's totally up to you! If you find a PVP that you like and is helpful then stick with him or her, but NEVER feel like you HAVE to use a particular person! That PVP was very unprofessional!

If it were not for the Canadian flight, she would have been fine traveling with her BC, marriage certificate and DL. Since she is flying into Vancouver, she will need a passport, they will not accept the old passport and marriage certificate together. She will need a passport that matches the reservation name.

I just realized you said balcony, we actually took one of the interiors with French doors. Sorry!

We stayed in one of those on the Spirit! We loved it! Look at the deck plan and pick one that is between the lifeboats. You will get an unobstructed view!

We did it. Dropped our bags, then headed back out for pop and more wine.
Gift cards to on line pre cruise purchase
in Carnival Cruise Lines

Yes! I pay for the entire cruise, drink package, internet, etc. with the AARP gift cards. I also buy extra before the cruise to add to my onboard account once we're on board. When you use them, they have to be entered in individually. Just keep adding them.
