This will be our first MSC cruise.  Does anyone have a spa menu for the Seascape?  Thanks!

Looking for opinions on the Ocean Cay Cabanas.. not the YC cabana but the regular ones.  Are they in a good area?  Worth the $?  We have never been to Ocean Cay so we do not know what to expect.  Thanks so much for any guidance!!

Has anyone ever bid on a royal up when doing back to back cruises?  Just wondering the pros and cons. Ex.  moving cabins etc.  Thanks!!

Looking for recommendations of a hotel to stay at for a night before and after our cruise.  A Marriott brand would be preferable so we can get and/or use points.  Does not need to be near port as we will arrive early.  Thanks so much for any help!

No. It left from Miami.

Yes.  Thank you for asking.  He said they finally got their paperwork at 9 p.m. last night and today at the port went easily.  He did say for all the confusion before the port, the people there today were incredibly nice and accommodating. 

I would appreciate it if someone who has been on MSC before could help me.  My son is scheduled for this cruise and has no boarding documents as they are still showing on line he has not fully checked in.  He has completed everything and spoke on the phone with them last week and they said he was checked in and the portal would update.  As of today, not updated.  He has called numerous times trying to get someone to help him and they keep putting him on hold and then disconnecting after 1 hour of hold time.  We are/were avid cruisers and have never had this type of thing happen on any other cruise.  I do not know what to advise him to do if he cannot connect with someone.  His boarding time is 8 am so he is one of the first and as of right now he has no documents.. or luggage tags etc. Just looking for someone who could point me in the right direction of what he should do on this particular cruise line.  Thank you so much!!!

No, unfortunately no.  That itinerary sounds great.  We are on the November 10, 2019 sailing. 

Trying to decide on whether to change our booking on Freedom of the Seas in November with all the negative reviews I have read lately.  So, I am looking for some recent experiences on Freedom.  Was the ship in good or bad shape.  Rooms?  We are in a suite on Freedom.  Anyone stay in a suite lately?  What particular things stood out for those amenities?  Do they have a suite sun deck? Do they have a suite lounge?  We have been sailing on larger ships lately and I have forgotten the amenities on the Freedom class.  Thanks so much for any help or advice.

Yes, they confirmed about 24 hours later.  Hopefully, you'll get your confirmation soon.

We just got off the Allure on Sunday and no where on the ship was showing the Stanley Cup. But...we were able to stream it through VOOM. This will work if your cable company allows it. Fortunately, we were able to see two out of the three games played. #GOPREDS

Thanks for all the info. I will try to contact Dexter. One more question...drink package yes or no if you are in a suite with the suite lounge? We have always had the drink package included on Celebrity so I'm not sure what to do on Royal.

We are sailing on the Allure on 5/28 in a Suite and we still have not heard from the concierge. Is this normal? I have called the 800 number numerous times trying to get the email or phone number with no luck. I'm really wanting to book a cabana on Labadee and am afraid they will be all sold out with the way they handle these types of things.

Also, question about the Suite Lounge. Do they serve drinks from 11 am to 11 pm? If so, is there a charge for these?

I have sailed several times on Celebrity in a Suite, but this is the first time on Royal Caribbean so all this is so different and difficult. No one seems to know anything.

I have been looking at all the posts regarding the White Pass Train/Bus trip and am trying to decide whether to do the trip through Chilkoot Charters or just booking through the cruise line. The price seems almost exactly the same. Can someone tell me why one would be better than the other. Thanks.
