Is one Gio's restaurant better than the other and are there motorized scooters to rent at or near the port at Mahogany Bay? Thank you for your great help.

My wife and I want to see Daniel Johnson's monkey and sloth place, go snorkeling somewhere at West Bay Beach, then eat king crab at Gio's. What would be the easiest way to accomplish this? Least expensive way? Is it even possible? The ship will be at Mahogany Bay from 10-6 (ship time?). Thanks for your help.

My wife and I will be in Roatan on the Carnival Miracle at the end of the August. The ship is there from 10-6. Can anyone that has done this tour before tell me if I will have enough time to eat a meal at Gio's afterwards? Thank you so much for any help.

My wife and I are having a hard time deciding between a 7 day on the Carnival Fascination from San Juan to Barbados, St. Kitts, St. Maarten, St. Lucia and St. Thomas OR a 7 day on the Carnival Miracle from Tampa to Cozumel, Mahogany Bay, Grand Cayman, and Belize. Both cruises are in August.

It has been over 11 years since our last cruise. We tend to like excursions as opposed to sitting on the beach the whole day. We are not big drinkers. We typically take excursions/tour guides that are not through the cruise line. We enjoy snorkeling, zip lining, and any unique active activities. We also enjoy getting to see/learn about the true culture and prefer to stay away from heavy commercialized areas. Any advice, favorite ports, favorite excursions, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
