We only travel with carry on and we have Nexus as well. The day before Boston is Portland, Maine, very close by.

We have look into to change the next available flight from United and it is way later afternoon flight and we have to be back to pick up our dog before the dog care close. 😞 too much thinking...

United just changed our flight time.

We will be self walk off the ship. Ship docks at 7am in Boston. We will be flying back to Toronto.

Anyone done this before?

I received the same. Spend $1000 and get $250 credit. You must opt-in from the email offered. I am not sure if I can pay the $1000 deposit for next year cruise.

"The bus will only accept cards, no cash."

Where do we buy the bus ticket? Is there a bus office near the pier so we can buy the ticket before we hope onto the bus? Or they accept credit card on the bus?

Discovery uses deck 9.

We are also booked the Emerald on Aug. 1 and the Discovery on April 29, when I open my app, I can only reserve dining and buy Wi-Fi for the April 29 cruise, how do you switch to the Aug. 1 cruise on the app? I want to book my dining time as well. Thanks.

Sometimes TA still has to wait for hours to get through to a live rep. Their jobs are not easy.

I have exactly the same problem for my up coming Pacific Coastal cruise. We also have specialty restaurant voucher included but I tried to book the day and time and it is showing $58 that it will charge me if I click on confirm, I heard some people has a button just below the $58 is showing $0, so you won't get charged but I don't have that button. I check back my personalizer and it is showing $36.25 each for the complimentary specialty restaurant, I assume this is in Canadian dollars.

We will be flying out a day earlier on July 30 over night flight to London, arrive July 31, board cruise on Aug. 1, we will get tested at Costco or Walmart on July 30, is this good? Do we need to get tested again on the embarkation day? We are fully vax and boosted. Thanks. 

We are friends and family a total of 11 of us will be sailing the Discovery, is there a table for 11 or it will be split in 2 tables. We don't mind to put in extra chair in a table for 10 if we have to.

Second question, when reserve a table in the app, do I select a private table for 2 of us, is this meant private for our group 11 people, or I should select dining with guests. (of course we don't want to dine with strangers due to Covid). All our booking are link.

We will bring some tests ourselves to the cruise to test the day before we disembark just in case.

I think I would be inclined to have a Plan B. Choose (but do not book) a hotel that you would want to stay at, for at least one night, so that if you do test positive, you have a destination already chosen.

Just a thought ? Do you have to wait for your test  results before leaving the port? Could they not be sent to your phone ? That way you will not have to waste 30 minutes hanging around.

Currently, under UK rules,  you do not have to isolate if testing positive, so if the worst comes to the worst, you can choose a hotel anywhere to stay, until you test negative and can return to Canada. 

Personally I would wait for the 30 minutes to get the test result at the terminal just for peace of mind and just in case anything not turn out right.
