We will be on the Oasis for my husband’s 70th birthday. We would like to do Chef’s Table with our two daughters and their spouses. We have done Chef’s Table on other ships, but always in a private room. Has anyone had recent experience on the Oasis and can describe what it is like in the solarium?

I recently bid on grand suites from balcony booking.  If my bid is accepted would I get the suite amenities?  I understand I would not get double Crown and Anchor points, but I can’t find anything about the amenities. 

Ours is December 3. So excited.

We’re in a sky suite on the Silhouette in a few weeks. Just curious as to what kind of bath amenities are in the sky suite. Trying to decide if necessary to carry our own.

Every ship I have been on has the clothesline. I always ask the attendant to bring lots of extra towels so I can roll the wet laundry to remove the moisture. 

In the past I have usually purchased pkgs online. While researching for my cruise last year I was reading that you can actually do better sometimes by haggling with the staff onboard.  Even for Chef’s Table, people were saying they could get BOGO. We booked a cruise on the Adventure in May, which is very last minute for us. Was wondering everyone’s opinions/experiences with this.

I used my BOA points to buy OBC which I used to buy a 5 night dining package for my upcoming September Greek Isle cruise. I did not realize that you could not make your reservations until you boarded the ship. Does anyone know if I call if they will make the reservations, or do they strict about this policy?

We will reach 141 points for our next cruise. How will I receive the crystal block. Would it be on a later cruise?

There is a photo of the outlets posted in another thread from the Pearl. It shows the coffee maker in the picture....if that helps. The thread starter asked about added outlets AFTER refurb and this poster appears to be on the first cruise out.

I was just wondering if the rooms got new coffee makers and what type they are. I wanted to know if I should order some of those coffee pods. We leave in two weeks and are in a mini suite.

Has anyone had experience with this cabin? It is under the garden cafe so I was wondering about the noise. Also, was wondering about the view from the balcony.

We are traveling with a large group and are trying to keep our cabins together. I'm not used to being so far aft.

We will be on the Adventure of the Seas in February. Our friends would like to do a catamaran trip. I have looked at both of these. I am leaning toward Mystic Man's cruise ship Eco Tour. It is more expensive than the ship excursion, but longer. Was looking for some feedback from those of you who have done either or both of these.

Thanks. Although I have read many good reviews, there were a few recently that were a bit disturbing. All in all, he offers exactly what we want. I just wanted to see if others had troubles onced booked.

Was looking into booking either a private or his small group tour. I was just wanting some recent feedback.

We are booked on the Caribbean Princess in F309. It is our first full suite. F311 is open and I was wondering if there was any big advantage to switching to that one? From the deck plans it appears the hallway doors are in front of 309, but not sure if there is any big impact from that.

Any advice from those of you with experience in these cabins is appreciated.

I just added the Sip & Sail package to our British Isle cruise next June. I have never had a drink package before. I noticed the Soda and More Package includes mocktails, shakes, floats and hot chocolate. These were not mentioned in the AIBP. Just wondering if they were included.

We just booked F309 for British Isles cruise June 2016. I have been on the boards researching noise issues, smoke issues, etc. I do have a couple of questions about suite perks. Is free laundry/dry cleaning unlimited? Is there free wifi and is it unlimited? Any comments from anyone who has had a CP WS recently would be appreciated

Hi, there are 4 of us on this cruise too! It will be my longest cruise, and God knows I'm ready to get out of th cold! I appreciate all the information everyone can provide. I/m dying to take a helicopter excursion, and wondering about the Circle of Fire /waterfalls tour on Hilo (May 9th). Other options up for vote were the Waterfall Spectacular and the Land of Frozen Fire tour. Anyone familiar with these?? Thanks!

My DH and I are also on this cruise. This will be our first cruise in Hawaii. We have never been to the Big Island before, but have done the helicopter tour in Kauai and it was amazining!

We are looking into a private tour on Prince Edward Island in November. Duncan seems to be the first choice, but he is not sure about availability. Bill Murray with Take the Island Adventure Tours is available. What I have found looks good. Has anyone done a tour with him?

We will be arriving the night before our cruise and then overnighting the first night on the cruise. I was thinking of renting a car to drive to our hotel and then keeping until the last day we are in port. Is there anywhere around the port to park?
