  1. We just disembarked from the September 11th Alaska cruise. We were the first Explorer cruise with Star Link. Working well! 👍🏻
  2. PS: Captain just announced we are skipping Hubbard because high seas slowed us down so much we would not have time to make it to Sitka on time. We feel bad for those who have not been to Hubbard! 😞 Many first time Regent & Alaska cruisers on board.
  3. Yes we are in board but not easy! Transfer from Seward to Whittier was supposed to leave at 11:30 , it left 1:00. Got to the port at 3:00 pm. Not sure what the rush was to use Whittier port as the build out does not seem complete. On our way to now to Hubbard glacier, arrival around noon. Very rough seas last night & continuing. If we can get into Hubbard hopefully seas will calm down. Dinner last at Pacific Rim was excellent per usual! Tonight we will be in Prime 7. So happy to be onboard! 💓🚢💕

  5. 100% agree with you! To put us through all this stress, upset & and time involved in solving RSS’s !! that problem they caused!!! We will certainly not forget this incident!

  7. Well the very bad taste in our mouths regarding Regent has gotten somewhat better. We just received the following email. “I want to apologize as it relates to your experience with the call center regarding the Seward to Whittier change announced late last week. Regent will have two motorcoaches departing Seward at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., day of departure, from the pier in Seward to transfer any guests who may be staying in Seward, as well as any guests who may not have read the Envogram communication and arrive in Seward. The transfer will be complimentary , please just let us know which time you would prefer. You can just respond to this email vs calling and I will have you placed on the list. I do apologize as we did not properly communicate to our teams.”

  12. Yes! Talked to two “supervisors “ at RSS as mentioned in one of my earlier posts!! I asked that they escalate this & it was no. Pay up front for transportation and then submit to our travel insurance. Now that was last week, after we got the email so it might be worth calling again this week.
