  1. I understood your comment, but mine was that they won't focus much on the included wines if their goal is to sell more expensive wines that benefit the crew who push for better job and pay. What is the best for the company and the shareholders is more money in revenue.
  2. Let me say that I have not the same opinion as yours. There are two ways to see it. We are just off the Quest and mid cruise, we spoke with a server in the windows cafe about if a good reference help with promotion. He told us that it is still helping but that selling wine is more important now. We experienced it on the last dinner night when after 45 minutes we had finished our complementary glass and when the server finally brought our entree, we asked for some more wine. He replied that his assistant would come. His assistant was busy with a neighbouring table that was ordering wine like they had OBC to spare and never came to our table. We waited 10 minutes and left the dining room. Sure the restaurant manager chased after us to apologize. The point is that if selling wine in the venues is important for the company, they will just find the balance between drinkable wine that will not bring too much complaints and of enough low quality to encourage some to spend money on a better wine. Let's hope I'm wrong and that they listen to their customers.
  3. Actually, this is the one we drink most often during trivia in the living room are 4 before dinner.
  4. Hi. Was able to take picture of the sparkling wine. There is also a Pino Grigio that has an identical label as the Sauvignon Blanc (Tino) so make sure they serve you the right one.
  5. Hi. This is the selection of included wine on the Quest right now doing the french intensive voyage. There is also a sparkling wine not on the picture. Hope this helps.

    Newbies incoming!

Hi. We will board the Quest on June 10th for our first cruise on Azamara since the COVID. We are also booked on Silversea for a TA from Lisbon in November for our first SS cruise. We did a X cruise post pandemic and like you, we were very disappointed with the service and food. We are looking forward for the upcoming cruise on Azamara Quest even if Tony and Captain Carl have moved to Onward. It will be interesting to compare Azamara before and after the split from RCCL. Since it will be our first time on SS, we did not know about the status match from our Celebrity status; will ask our TA to check with them. We will keep you posted on our experience after both cruises.
  7. Lucky you. DW and me did a seven nights Alaska cruise back in 2019 and noticed early 2020 that our points were missing. We wrote to NCL about it but because of the Covid shutdown, we never received an answer. Last year, we were ready to cruise again and wrote again for the missing points before booking a cruise. We were told that since 2019, you can only go back one year and that we lost them. Our advice is to send them messages on a regular basis until the issue is resolved. As for cruising again with NCL, it would have to be a really good deal on a perfect itinerary. Keep emailing them.
  8. Thank You vitacura for sharing your experience with us. We are boarding the Mariner in Montreal on sept 28th for a B2B and after seeing your pictures of the ship and activities, we are eager to enjoy everything. According to forecast, Lee should be over Corner Brook tomorrow and then continue over the ocean. We whish a nice cruise to everyone making the sept 17th cruise as the weather should be nice until Montreal. Lise and Robert.
  9. Hi. Got the same issue about 20 years ago. Art was delivered to our house while we were at work. Were asking for payment of taxes to deliver. We called them and they said they required a form from Canada border that it was declared. We got the form from CHP and went to collect the parcel without paying anything. Check with either FedEx or the border services for the procedure to follow. Good luck.
