drooling again! last year on the victory I had the fat choc. cake...omg yum! It was so huge though I couldn't even finish it!

if you do self assist you will get off a lot sooner-we were on deck one and i don't know what time we were called, but we were called first and were out of the terminal at about 10:10. If we had done regular debarkation, we wouldn't have gotten off until after 1230 (we would have been last to be called) that is an approximent time for you anyway, hope that helps!

My daughter didn't eat dinner with them but they did give her a snack one time. I personally would institute a "no feeding" policy with them. They didn't say they were going to give the kids a snack at the time my dd was there, they just did. Maybe you could leave your own snacks with them just in case it happens to be a snack time when your son is there, so he won't be left out? But otherwise, I wouldn't risk it. Even if they are aware of the allergies they might not realize that some foods contain eggs or traces of nuts.

We've been to St Maarten twice and both times spent a fortune. The shopping there is very good. We've gotten really good deals on cameras and jewelry. Dont accept their first price offer. Everyone will bargain with you for a better deal. My shy wife became an expert haggler in a very short time.

 

We took a taxi to the beach in the morning and spent the afternoon shopping. Beware of the nude beach - people wear their birthday suits but many forget to iron it :)

I thought St. Thomas was the place to shop-am I mixing them up? Which is better in your opinion?

We sailed last week on the Victory, will help where I can.
