I'll be on this cruise with my husband, two sons, and a friend. (I'll also be celebrating my birthday!) You should come join us on the Royal Caribbean roll call board. There are already over 100 people signed up for the Meet & Mingle. Someone has organized a "slot pull" for our group. I've never participated in one of those before, but it sounds fun.

Thanks for the information about the Meet & Mingle and the slot pull. We have never done a "slot pull" either but we will definitely be in the casino. We like playing the slot machines. We go to the casino here in Niagara Falls often. This is the first time we have cruised during this time of year. Usually we go in March, April or early May. We were surprised to get the complimentary room. Couldn't pass it up. What a nice birthday gift! :D I hope the weather is good.

Hello everyone! We just book this cruise on the spur of the moment. We got an email from Royal Casino/ Royal Caribbean offering us a complimentary interior room for two during the month of September. It was too good to pass up so we jumped on it. It leaves on my birthday! Woo Hoo!! Any one else going on this cruise?

Thanks for sharing your opinion about the promenade room. I think we are going to like it too. We are staying on deck 7 mid-ship. Also, thanks for the heads up about the privacy issue. We will be sure not to run around the room without clothes on if the drapes are open. lol Hope you enjoy your cruise next week. Thanks again!

Has anyone stayed in a promenade room on the ship? We booked one this cruise. Any pros or cons to staying in this type of room?:confused:

We didn't take any ship excursions. In st. Martin we rented a van and went to Grande Case for lunch and a few drinks. great bar called Love - right on the water. In San Juan and St. Kitts we just walked off did a little shopping and of course a few drinks. Labadee - beach day:)

Thanks for the information. We usually try to do at least one excursion during our cruises. Not sure what we will do this time. Might do a zip-line this time.

Hi guys... I was on Indy in January. It's a great ship and lots of fun. Make sure you go to Olive and Twist (deck 14) and see Matica. tell her Chris and the boys from January tell her hi. You will have a friend for the cruise. just take care of her. happy sailing.

That will be nice for you guys. Never been on a catamaran myself, but I'm sure it's fun. I've been wanting to do para sailing but Bruce won't do it. He's not too much into heights.
