We love the Eclipse, have sailed on her many times. We have friends just returned from your cruise and they had an issue with the cabin steward saying that celebrity are not paying the crew there tips and asking for them to go to guest relations to have the pre paid tips removed and to pay him personally. They say that they were not to only ones as they met someone from a suite and the butler had told them the same story! Is this a crew scam to increase earnings ? We have never come across anything like this when we have sailed with Celebrity.

Why is it that UK pax are treated like second class by Celebrity ? The 1, 2, 3 campaign has suddenly ended when the website said it ran until June . if you get on to the USA website the frre drinks package etc is still running . Seems like the UK get the left overs always. Will not be returning as this is the nail in the coffin for this Elite+ member.
