In regards to Cabin 684 and the gym entrance that is adjacent , you can use this entrance to take the stairs down to canyon ranch (turn left for ladies or right for men )where you can access the infrared sauna ( with views out to back deck over horizon pool) COLD ROOM (50–54°F/10°–12°C) Cool air, heated seating and lighting effects help relieve fatigue and re-energize your body, mind and spirit.

    Something new ? Or not , last night upon arrival at compass rose at 6.30pm ( it was empty) we were 'encouraged' to dine elsewhere and offered the specialty restaurants instead , catch being a share table however . I believe as it was the captains dinner last night they were expecting a full house ? Also they now ask for your cabin number before seating you .

    Regent offering another cruise to cancel maiden voyage !

    Out TA just sent an offer from regent to voluntarily cancel our current maiden voyage booking on explorers July 20th sailing and replace with August time to Lisbon or Oct Monte Carlo to Athens with a cash bonus incentive .

     

     

    This is worrying! They have oversold, and are offering cruises that are nowhere near as attractive as the one we have booked , and fully paid for.

    DaveFr - thank you for explaining this again.

     

     

     

    Winner -- IMO it is definitely not too early to have this discussion. People are booking cruises on this ship -- cruises that have the highest cancellation penalty that we have ever seen.

     

     

    Hi Travelcat , yes we were shocked when our TA advised that our 25% ( $9k) deposit would be forfeited entirely regardless of notice given .

    Hello everyone,

     

    After seeing all options on MV waitlisted we were saddened, as hubby's birthday is the first day of sail . Today our TA happily advised us that we are secured to F1 level, our preference was D, but will wait on that. Really excited about the new ports of call on this MV.
