How far is it from where the ship docks to where the lighthouse is?

I for one am VERY happy that I will be able to enjoy my balcony without worry of having a smoker next to me. I had a smoker on my Glory cruise that made it almost impossible to ever go out b/c they sat there and smoked one right after another, and the smell was blowing right over.

And I would hope that .50 cents a day isn't going to break anybody. Those folks work really hard, and most of them deserve way more than they get.

We got ours last night!! I've been checking 3 times a day to make sure I was able to grab one! I'm like you reerun25, now I will have to find something else to pass the time. Long wait until Oct. 2015...but I am oh so happy to have been able to grab one!:D

Does anybody have a close up photo of the clam shells they have for rent on HMC and thoughts about them if you have rented one? Also, about the snorkel equipment- I saw a photo somewhere that the Carnival Excursion desk sold snorkels it looked like to me. Is this true? And if so, how much?

That Mocha Chocolate Getaway looks YUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMY!!!!!!!! I tried something that looked similar to that on the Pride, and it was very good. Had Bailey's in it was all I remember. Do you know what this drink consisted of? My favorite has always been the Funship Special. I always have to have a few of them on sailaway. :p

Can anybody tell me if the waiters still do the dances and such with YTD like they do with the traditional set times? I sincerely apologize if this question has already been answered somewhere else and I missed it.

We were on the shortened due to bad weather cruise last week to Bermuda. Originally I had planned to go with Nadanja Bailey. He was very good at getting back QUICKLY with me. After our day in Bermuda was cancelled, I asked him what to do and he was already booked for the afternoon we arrived and the following day, but he suggested we use his grandfather. Anyway, there was a death in the family and he was unable to go, but Nadanja went out of his way to send a replacement and they were waiting on the dock with a sign with my name on it. We went on a wonderful 3 hr. tour (all the daylight we had available) with John Tucker. If anybody wants either one's email or contact info, let me know. The van was very nice and had windows that came down to get good photos. Saw a lot of wonderful places we didn't even know existed. John was very knowledgable and has lived in Bermuda all his life.:)

Ok folks... we had Colin booked for Oct. 19th and we ended up changing cruises this morning. I just sent him an email to cancel and hopefully we will be able to get him for the other cruise we changed to!! So those on the Glory Oct.16-22nd. Better book him quick!!

We just got off of the Triumph yesterday and we received a pin each that was in our stateroom on cruise elegant night with an invitation to the past guest party the next night.:D
