Hello, I have always purchased travel insurance through Travel Guard for all cruises. I just booked a cruise through RCL in March 2019 and when I contacted Travel Guard for insurance, they have a few documents specific to Cuba that I have to fill out and submit. Has anyone gone through this process before? Anything that I need to be aware of? Thank you!

we signed up for the 2/14/16 Prohibition party but I hear its at three pm which is ridiculous. Anyone know from other compass's?
We sail the Allure 2/7 and signed up for the Prohibition Party even though the description stated it starts at 3:00pm. However, when I was reviewing my Cruise Documents on line, the calendar shows it starts at 10:00pm. I guess we'll find out the real time once we board.

Hello
While on the NOS last week, we took advantage of the onboard booking incentives and booked the Allure, Western Caribbean for Feb 2016. I haven't paid much attention to the Oasis or Allure over the last couple of years so I have no idea if Cabin 12728 is good or bad. It's a D5 category, And the very last balcony cabin on the Port side (I think). From what I can tell there are not any night clubs or entertainment areas above or below the cabin. Can anyone tell me if there will there be an noise issue from the Aqua center? Should I consider another Deck?
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks.

We will be on the Navigator the 2nd week of Feb. My husband wants to get the Ultimate drink package and I want to pay for my drinks because I know I won't enough to justify the package. In the past, if I'm in the cabin getting ready for dinner my husband would go down to the bar and buy 2 drinks and bring one back for me. If he gets the package and goes through the same routine, I'm guessing he'd have to tell the bartender to charge for one of the drink?? Any thoughts?

Hi. What does everyone do for towels at LFK? Can we take towels off the ship? Also, will we have enough time to visit the cameo factory and stop at a grocery store for coffee after LFK?

We did the Mustery Dinner on the Navigator last year out of Puerto Rico and it was hilarious! The actors were of course the crew and they were great. The skit/play started in the Sky Bar with drinks and appetizers. We were there for probably about an hour before moving to one of the specialty restaurants for dinner (I think it was Giovannis but don't quote me on that) The restaurant was reserved for only the Mystery Dinner and the play continued in the restaurant. Th audience was involved in trying to determine "who done it". The dinner was excellent and free wine was flowing. We really enjoyed and highly recommend it. In fact, we will be on the Navigator out of Galveston in February and are talking about doing it again. Oh, dress code...smart casual. Capris for women, long pants for men.

We left out of San Juan last month. As previously noted, keep carrying-ons with you. The porters did not take the bags as we got out of the taxi as they do at other ports. We had to stand in a long line for about 30 mins and hand the bags to the porters. Then go into another line to enter the terminal. It was strange and not very efficient. However, it made checkin a breeze because there were not 1000 people in the checkin lines.
You can take as much waster, juice and soda on board as you want. I specifically asked that question at checkin. Put a luggage/room tag on the case of water and it will be delivered to your room with your luggage.
Have fun!

Oh no, I just realized that the game starts at 4:30 Mtn time which would be 7:30 in Puerto Rico. Does anyone know what time the muster drill will be on the AOS?
-
This may be a really stupid question but.....
We will be on the AOS on 2/2 which is the day we board. Ship is scheduled to leave Puerto Rico at 8:30pm. I believe PR is 3 hours ahead of Mountain time zone so that means that the game wont start until 9:30pm. Right? The muster drill will be over so we won't have to worry about the game being interrupted.
I'm not a football fan by any means but looking forward to watching the game on-board.
GO BRONCOS!

Hi. We will be on the AOS 2/2, Southern Caribbean , Route A. My sea pass says boarding time is 1:30 but I know from prior cruises with RCI boarding starts earlier. Does anyone know how early checkin and boarding begins? Thanks.

This is like a great book, can't wait to pick it up and start reading. Great review!
So Sad. Grand Caymen substituted for Key West
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
I wasn't aware that the pier in Key West was damaged in December. I just received an email from Royal stating that we will be stopping in George Town, Grand Caymen instead of Key West on our March 3rd sailing on the Empress. So disappointed. We've been to Grand Caymen before and wasn't impressed. Oh well. I guess we'll go with an open mind.
