apparently the warmer it gets the less chance the virus has to survive. I trust the cruise line (Celebrity) to closely monitor the situation and will let passengers know well in advance if anything needs to be cancel or not . The last thing they want is a ship with the virus on board.

has anyone used Celebrity's single device 'surf the internet' package. $179. for 14 day voyage . was wondering if it allowed you to use apps that required a wifi connection. TIA

Hello, taking a TA in April 2020 Celebrity Reflection. Never was one to bother with the internet but thought I may give it a try this 15 day cruise. I read that to save money just purchase one device and program and then there's and adapter you can buy for around $40 that allows you to hook up several other devices to this adapter and you be on-line through the first device. Has anyone more info or tried this before. TIA

I guess we've done about 14 cruises with various Cruise Lines. And I have to say we have never come back from any excursion saying that was worth the money. Look for safe alternatives, like Viator.

Thanks, celebrity says there new Excel is supposed to be faster but don't know if it's worth it. Going to be at sea first half 7 days before we reach Portugal

If you don’t both need to be on-line at the same time then a one device package would be a option. You can switch users and devices but only 1 device can be on-line at a time.
i haven’t used the surf package so I can’t say whether that package would be good for games.
Good suggestion , thanx

Which Internet package would be best for 2 people to 6se their tablets for email and games that requires the internet

OMG! I'm so sorry ! Shot me now! Or 50 lashes with a wer noodle !

Can anyone recommend the best internet package on Celebrity Cruises? Doing a TA April 2020 and we like being able to play games on the internet with other players on and off the ship back home. i.e. word with friends, etc. also emails. TIA

Wondering if it is better to be on the port or starboard side when doing an eastbound transatlantic.
Right now we are on the port side but we could move to the starboard side. Would prefer to have sun.
We always book mid ship inside. We are only in the cabin to sleep and shower . We have tried them all and found for us this works best . Some funny comments on here though about the sun . We hope for clear skies and smooth seas for all.

That’s great. Can I ask where you got that information. Celebrity in the UK are rubbish at sending email notifications despite us being Elite plus. I called our TA today and was told there is nothing yet for these sailings.
to www.celebritycruises.com and found a transatlantic crossing for april 24,2020 from ft lauderdale ends in Dublin Ireland. going to book it

Am I the only one seeing lots of posts missing spaces between words?

There's a shuttle bus that takes you from the port into town and you pickup your tour bus or whatever you will be doing also you can take train into Rome city. We watched tours from citavittacia on youtube.com and found them helpful . The tours of Rome are very fast and we felt disappointed , unless you are doing small toursm . I would recommend Viator Tours

I'm just 7 points away from going from "select" to elite" category with Celebrity Capt. club program. anyone got any ideas how I may boost it up before next cruise?
