We are on a precruise tour through RCI for our upcoming Alaska cruise.  On the last day of the precruise tour we leave anchorage headed to Seward to board the ship.  Anyone know if we still need to reserve a boarding time and if so, what time should that be?  I have no idea what time we’ll arrive at the port.

I thought the same thing that Aqua class received discounts on individual spa treatments …. My wife loves her spa time which was part of the reason I booked Aqua class.  That’s disappointing.

This is our 2nd day in the Persian Garden.  It seems it’s busier during the day but we come at 6, as we eat later.  Nobody in here yesterday and had a couple that was leaving as I was entering today.  If you like the heated beds, u will love it.  The “herbal” steam sauna, on one side, is nice but has no scent.  The “aromatic” dry sauna, on the other side, isn’t very hot and no smell at all either.  There are 2 showers in here as well.  We renewed our vows on this ship 7 years ago and loved the old Persian Garden.  Even the Milli we sailed in June had better saunas, just didn’t have the beds.  With Covid, limited to 8 at a time and need to make an appointment.  I hate making appointments as I just like to experience when I feel like going.  It’s a negative to me but totally understandable.  Just sharing in case others were wondering.

Do you have to pay extra to use the Persian Garden?  My wife loves those heated seats and on other lines we’ve had to pay for their use.  

We grab a cab at the pier and don't make a time to return. There are lots of cabs waiting at the Sunset Bar & Grill to return to the ship.

How much does it run to take a cab from the pier to Maho?

Both of these sound like things we want to do. How do we "take the bus" to Maho? Is it marked as such? Thank you!
