Can anyone recommend a tour company in St. Maarten/St. Martin that allows you to pay once you get there?

Can anyone recommend a tour company that will allow you to pay when you get to Barbados? I have a group of 25 and it will be easier to collect the money and pay when we get there.

We are thinking about doing the stingray excursion in Grand Turk next month. It will be our last stop of the cruise and we don't want to book ahead just in case we are tired and just want to hang by the beach instead. My question is: Will there be vendors around offering this excursion at the port if we decide we want to do it?

Is there a formal night on a 3 day cruise?

Has anyone zip-lined at the Amber Cove cruise port? If so how much was it and how many lines?

Does anyone know if it is possible to do Stingray City and not the snorkeling or scuba, etc.?

It is the second cruise night.
