We have used West Quay Cars several times and been very happy with their service.

Jan, we used RomeInLimo on our last stop in Rome (pre Covid).  
we also used Spain Day Tours in Spain a few times and were very happy with them.

I have not had Oceania ‘host’ meet and greets in the past.  I contacted the concierge when I boarded and made sure our choice of venue and time was not in conflict with anything.  He let the officers know about the event and they came to it.  I provided invites and name tags for folks to fill in.  But we did not have munchies and drinks could be purchased at the bar.

We are planning to use West Quay Cars from LHR to our hotel in Southampton in July.  Reasonably priced and good reviews.

We are arriving in LHR on July 10 and wanting a private transfer to our Southampton hotel.  Which companies are recommended?  There will only be 2 of us.

We will be flying in to Tromso, Norway a day or 2 ahead of our cruise embarkation.  Does anyone have any recommended hotels or B&Bs for a 1 or 2 night stay?

We stayed in the Hotel Antiche Figueroa (so).  Right on the Grand Canal across from the train station and loved it!

We did this cruise in 2017, so things may have changed.  We did the Overland excursion to Phinda Game Preserve and it was excellent!  We left the ship in Richards Bay and returned in Durban.  If it is offered, I highly recommend it!

When are the itineraries coming out or did I miss them?

My condolences to Stan and family.  Jim and Don Horner provided so much great info and insights and I learned so much from their posts....😪

We did a similar itinerary in 2017on the Nautica and LOVED it.  we did an Overland Excursion to Phinda Game Preserve thru O from Richard's bay, returning to the ship in Durban.  It was the highlight of the trip!  Phinda was excellent with wonderful lodging and 2 game drives per day.  We saw all of the major species and lots more up close.

This happened to me when I accidentally used a VPN and the location delivering the VPN was in the UK.  The website checks where your network traffic is coming from and loads the version for that location.  I would suggest double checking your network setting and VPN.  It drove me crazy until I figured out that I had VPN's into my companies UK site.

So sorry to hear this Jan and Shari!  My thoughts and prayers are with her and your whole family!

We will be in Auckland in November and are looking for a half day tour that will pick us up at our hotel and drop us off at the airport after.  We will have done some sightseeing the prior day and a half.  On area we are interested in is Rotorua.  

Any recommendations of tour companies?

+1 for the Intercontinental!  Plus you can watch your ship arrive!

We were on Sirena last November returning to MIA on the Amazon Cruise.  We cleared customs in Puerto Rico, so did not have to do that in MIA.  BUT, Sirena was late in arriving in MIA and then a medical emergency had to be disembarked, so regular disembarkation was delayed by 2 hours.

So things may go smoothly or there may be glitches.  I always opt for a noon or later flight for the added buffer.

Did your status update online prior to receiving your cards?  My sister applied for renewal in April and her status online is still in processing....

Has anyone used and recommend an Arrival Airport Concierge Service?  We are arriving at 5am in Oct 28 and I am thinking after such a long journey, such a service might be a good idea.

We were in Capetown in December of 2017 and used www.ilios.co.za.  They will customize for you.  We did Table Mountain (couldn't get to the top due to crowds) lots of the other natural sites, The Government gardens and Museum and they dropped us off at the airport.  We really enjoyed the tour and I would recommend them.

I will always remember on one cruise our last port was an overnight in Istanbul.  We arranged to leave for the airport at 5am on the second morning and Dottie was there with a bright smile to wish us well and say goodbye!  It was 3 hours before normal/formal disembarkation.  Definitely left a lasting fond memory with me.
