At the beginning of this thread you talk about the trolley hop on/off option. What is the exact name as I seen the trolley and double decker buses? Which one is better.
Thanks,
Don't know about the double decker bus, but here is the website for the trolley.

My wife and I will be in Vancouver for 24 hours or so before our Cruise.. Sept 23.
From what I can gleem on this thread and from talking to a friend who has visited Vancouver many times... The Trolley is a great way to see the city. Gastown is a great section of town, plus this area is close to the cruise ship terminal.
Any hints on great hotels to stay for one night before a cruise?
Can't wait.
Victoria Tours for Limited mobility folks?
in California Coastal / Pacific Northwest

Going on a short "repositioning" cruise from Vancouver to San Diego in a couple of weeks.
Going with DW and her elderly parents. Both of them are of limited mobility.
They can "walk" and "climb" small steps, but need a wheelchair when we're boarding the ship and walking in the airport and boarding the plane..etc.
We are going to be in Victoria, BC for a short time. I think around 6 or 8 hours. We're looking just for an overview bus tour. My DW and I have done this tour through the ship.
"Holland America" but as I remember there is a long walk from the ship to where the buses are parked, plus getting into the large bus could be a problem.
Any suggestions for a smaller tour company that would be a short easy walk? And possible smaller bus?
Thanks
Victor
