Hi Andy: We believe we might be on the same cruise as we are going to be on the Eclipse on Nov 13th

Been on Solstice where several items from the Glass Show were later auctioned off for charity. On the Eclipse, willl they also auction off some items? thanks

hello: I am busy planning a cruise to SE Asia in Nov/Dec 2017. Deciding between the Holland Volendam 14 nights or Saphire Princess 21 nights. I would appreciate any info from those who have been on these ships. One does Hanao Bay while the other does Bali as a port. Also, is Nov/Dec good time to go. We would be in balcony cabin. Waiting for a good sale. thanks for info,

Hi: I just booked under the sip n sale offer a Princess cruise for Dec 19, 2017. Receiving 10% of cruise price which i will use to pay my gratuities, also comes with the drink package. Not sure if will get a better deal later on, but thought this was good. I had researched the price for this cruise and this offer was best for same price. This is an Asia cruise, 21 days on Saphire. Room is 618 on Caribe deck. Any info on cabin? Anyone else booking so far out? thanks,

When I was on the Solstice, towards the end of the cruise, they auctioned off about 5 pieces. I did bid, but didnt want to spend over $500. After the show i regretted not bidding. All the pieces were wonderful and signed. Only done and auctioned on certain shows that specify the glass show.

Raina: Have been looking at your amazing pictures and writings. Would love to do exactly the same trip and see all the options you did. Will look at RC for next year or 2017 and try to find a slightly shorter and less expensive trip. Have done the South Pacific and Australia/ New Zealand. Will love to add Asia to my bucket list. Please continue to update any new travels you do. Thank you for all the preparation you did for these reviews,

Jane: I will be looking for shell jewelry too. But, i love finding sea shells. Does anyone know if and where i may be able to find seashells on the beach? thanks,

We will also have 2 nights in Sydney. We are planning on doing the Blue Mountains, as we will then have an escorted tour around Sydney the following day

will Celebrity confiscate any sea glass or sea shells that you pick up on the beach in Bermuda?
I have been to Bermuda and many other places for seaglass/seashells. I usually wrap each in many tissues/washcloths. Each has arrived on the ship and home in perfect condition. I collect these. Found the biggest shells in St. Kitts. Hope we can find some on our trip to Australia/NZ this Oct/Nov. Good luck with your hunting

Sorry if dont understand but--isnt there a regular outside pool on Jouney??thanks

If not comparing specific staterooms, not apples vs oranges. We have been on Oceania 2x. Have sailed with Celebrity more times. We prefer "O" as more quiet, hardly any children, no photographers snapping tons of pics of us, better food, more choices, best beds, etc. We usually stay in balcony. Stayed once in concierge. Cabins same size in both. Lounge for concierge small, not great, nice totebag. Unless less than $200 pp difference, would chose balcony again. Even if u pick 2 dinner sites beforehand, afterwards, if u talk to the reservation table, if available, will let u pick other dates. Going on the Solstice this November so will see what Celebrity is changing since our last cruise 2 years ago

I have been to Curaco 2x and not thrilled to go back again. I have heard from several who have been to Bonaire how beautiful it is and the best underwater clarity and marine life. Please put Bonaire back on the list, and take off Curaco. thank u,

Hello: We are also interested in going to Catlin, as saw lots of pics and it is beautiful area. I think it is in the northern section of NZ? Will be on cruise in November. Any way we can get there from following ports and make it back to ship in 7 hours? Dunedin, Akaroa, Bay of Islands and Auckland. thanks so much

Hello All: Have a quick question re:akaroa- We really want to see the "Giant's House". Would there be a taxi at the port to take us there? If so, any idea how much would cost? Will then walk around town. thanks,
-
David: Please add us to your list: Elaine & Michael=oceanbabe, Nov 2, 2015 Sydney to Auckland, thanks

We have also given up on seeing the Glow caves. Would it be possible to do another cave from another port? ie: Jenolen or Hastings? thanks,

J-D: U mentioned being on United. As we have miles, we have booked them for our R/ T Newark to Sydney and then Ackland to Newark. We have booked the premium economy. Is it so bad we will regret using United? Should we try to cancel and rebook for Air newzealnd or American? Anyone else who has also flown United for this long haul, comments? thanks all, elaine
