Hi guys,
I sent a message to Carnival via their FaceBook page asking about the Elegant night on my 4-night cruise of August 20th.
On that cruise, the elegant night is the 2nd night.
Thank you for your input guys and gals

:mad:We just got off the Liberty today. No they do not have an adult pool any longer, not sure when it was done last.Any pics of the menu?? :)

Anyone with recent pics of the 4 day menu for Liberty.
I am also interested in your views on the American Table offerings

did you ever get around to posting??

Thanks for the advice given, so far the formal night can be the 2nd, 3rd (earliest departure), or 4th (sea day).
Now I am really worried about this itinerary :(
-
I am a bit confused
Is it that this is a new itinerary?

My 4 night Bahamas cruise has its sea day as the final day.
So it's Orlando, Bahamas, princess cay, a sea day and back to Orlando.
would there be an elegant night and when would it be??
I will also like to eat at the Specialty Restaurant on one of the nights so I am trying to avoid a clash.
-
We eat in the main dining room and in most cases are some of the last to leave the ship.
That's a brilliant plan ;p
-
;p no worries you don't have to leave as soon as your number is called.
Great got FTTF, and I dont mind being first on board but I don't want to be forced off the ship with nothing to do while I wait for the car rental agency to open :)

Both the dining room and the buffet serve breakfast on the last morning. Most ports you should plan to be off pretty early, say 9 to 9:30.
A 9am exit would be perfect, thanks for the info

Have any of you guys sit to have breakfast before leaving the ship??
If this an option how late can you stay??
-
There are two drew backs with the clamshell
- they would get very hot as there is no where for the hot air to escape the clam
- they are poorly located, much better bathing areas on other parts of the beach
if you leave the ship early you can get a beach chair under the many trees, located in better bathing areas

Thanks guys, I am not sure we would be up to the prep which accompanies formal wear, on the first night!! :)

I work in the education sector and while I love kids my vacation time is designed to have as much adult time with my wife as possible.
During the semester, I am the first to volunteer for playground duty, on vacation I aim for sans children.
I don't agree with this move, and will use my freedom of speech to let the company know.
It may make no difference to the company's plan, but I have belief in the power of ONE.

Great info
I definitely want to try for this first night bottle.
But given its the first night how strict are they with the dress-code??

Let's know if the Adult Pool still exist on the Liberty.
I'll be boarding in August, so this is very important ;-)
-
I am also interested in this info.
so glad I didn't start a new thread but did a search first :-)

Thank you all for the info

Thanks for taking the time to share. Nice review!!! :)
Excellent review. We had 3 $1 shots and headed to the beach. By far the least appealing port yet but we still relaxed on the beach a bit. Before we headed back to the ship we got 5 more $1 shots.I was wondering about the WE, in that you mentioned you were only traveling with your 10yr old son

When is the LATEST you can leave a NCL ship
I would be on the SKY in August, and my South Beach Hotel's check-in is about 2. And I would be spending a week in South Beach after that so there is no need to rush, but my research has shown that rooms on the SKY are ready as early as 1pm, so I am guessing persons are ushered off very early.
