DH contacted BC  few months ago and was told they do not have 4 seater golf carts. With 3 adults, it made sense to rent one, but we changed our plans and are heading to a resort for the day. Pre-Covid, we did see some 4 seaters.

I've tried to contact them through email and messenger ,to reserve and haven't had any response.  Is this normal?

We will be there Monday July 25th; it will be our 3rd or 4th time; so far our correspondence indicates the menu we are used to and wine and plenty of brands of booze. It is a pretty chill atmosphere and no real beach but we have always had an enjoyable time there. Well worth the $29 pp special. Will report back after we return.

Looking forward to hearing of your experience

  3. Ronys provides excellent service. We just them in January. It was just my wife and I and Arnold was our driver. He provided excellent tour. Be We had been there before but we're bringing school supplies for one of the local schools and he was instrumental in setting that up. We are returning in April and have him booked to visit the sloths and other things we haven't seen. They go out of their way to provide an enjoyable visit

I've done this a few times.  One time, we had a ridiculous amount of stuff (12 boxes) to donate so we went to guest services and declared it.  I had a letter from the organization that was to receive it (Roatan Children's Fund), so Honduran customs allowed it.  Once we took a couple of backpacks full of stuff and delivered it to the Rotary Club information booth at the cruise port (they accept donations for the Children's Fund).  The last time we wen't we took a private tour with Rony's Tours.  We made around 2 dozen goody bags, and he coordinated with some of the children in one of the poorer neighborhoods.  Our driver and guide took us to a location in the El Suampo neighborhood and we passed out the bags to the kids.

So I am not aware that you had to declare anything to bring school supplies etc to deliver on be a your with Rony. I have been in contact with him about what we are bringing next week, yes it's in a suitcase. So what procedures do we need to follow to be able to get off the ship with it at mahogany bay?

  5. Will be visiting Cozumel Jan 18 on carnival glory. We usually take a cab downtown to shop at some of our favorite mom and pop shops. Has anyone been downtown recently who knows if the local shops are open?
