I'm sorry, but I'm gonna play the devil here. You whine and whine until the Princess rep at the check-in counter decides to ignore HS regs and allow Terri to board without the required ID. Then, you decide that you're going to write a complaint letter to Princess because you weren't allowed to board when you thought you should have been allowed to board.

 

I'm sorry your wife lost her ID. But frankly, that's not Princess's fault and they should not be blamed for your late boarding. There's no way Terri should have been allowed to board at all. What if she wasn't the sweet lady whose name was on some unapproved ID?

 

Care to share with us the outcome of your complaint to Princess?

i feel bad she lost her wallet . but post 9/11 kinda of scary the lack of enforcement . i forgeot my birth cert once but that was in 1999 we had to have it faxed before the 1st port of call .

passports..............................the hawaii cruise u either go to mexico or vancouver . u need them to fly home .

Thanks for the message, Tom, and I am fine. Like many, I am very disappointed that I will not be doing Hawaii full-time this season. But I will give the limited Hawaiian cruises on Sapphire my usual 250 %. Aloha. Dave

my wife and i sailed with you a few times and we really liked ur engery but we wanted to give a new ship a chance since we have been on the golden twice and was suprised when we got the email saying you where on our cruise ,looks like great sailaway weather hope u have a good few days off next week see ya on the ship

both the double tree and crown are less than that ,you may want to one of those name your own price, .im guessing your going out of san pedro?.

we will be at the double tree .we have gone over to pf changs but would like something different

we had the best time last time we sailed with you . so we booked again .:D i have to admit . we go on lots of cruises i thought the staff of the golden does a great job .

i was really impressed with the golden in alot of things from the music and programs ect .thought it was so wonderful i booked it a 2nd time woot:eek:
